I am rejecting this response because:They are continually rude and will not refund my money in a timely manner. The money is for my SSI/disability, however, my husbands name is on the card and sometimes they will not speak to me regarding my own money which has made this very hard.They won't speak to me, hang up on me, yet a woman stole 1500$ from my account without the card leaving my house. They have horrible reviews, I'm not sure where they get that  "95%" rating, but I cannot wait to have this resolved and have my funds placed elsewhere. As of now, I contestantly check my balance (although I signed up for alerts) just to make sure nothing has been stolen.

I have been informed by management at Direct Express that Ms. [redacted] claim was denied on 10/01/14 since Direct Express was unable to determine that an error occurred.
A letter was sent to Ms. [redacted]. Based upon the information Ms. [redacted] provided with her dispute, Direct Express was unable to process a chargeback on her behalf. Direct Express indicates they need some type of receipt or agreement contract that Ms. [redacted] has that shows she was charged an incorrect amount.  
Additionally, I left Ms. [redacted] a voice message to contact me.  I will be happy to speak with her and assist her in getting the information to Direct Express to continue her dispute.

I am rejecting this response because:I called the customer service number listed five separate times over a period of 30 days. Of those five, I spoke with a woman twice who said that their "Systems" were down for upgrading and that there was nothing anyone could do to help me. These two calls were roughly a week and a half apart which makes it sound like a bunch of BS. The last three times I called, they dealt with the situation by simply ignoring the calls and never picking up.

I have been informed by Direct Express...

that the required documentation was received and the proceeds (balance on the card) of $5,861.75 has been mailed to Mr. [redacted] on May 22, 2014.
I believe his concerns have now been resolved.
Please express my sympathies to Mr. [redacted] for the loss of his wife and encourage him to contact me directly if he has any questions or further concerns.

I am rejecting this response...

because:I don't thank that there was an actual investigation and I feel cheated as a woman with disabled twins that receive there Benifits monthly through the company and nothing is being done about there stolen money. And because of a discrepancy with dates and purchased merchandise that I have no part in and provided accurate proof.I haven't been refunded .I know that the company is currently under investigation because of hundreds of other disabled individuals who have been  ripped off as well. The Treasury dept has been informed of this as  well.

I am rejecting this response because:This company doesn't have a 95% customer satisfaction rating in fact it has a lot of bad reviews on google I am not the only person having problems with their dispute process they say one thing and do another it's been weeks even months they say they going to send you out forms you never receive and you still have to wait for them to respond you call and can never get through people have lost their homes because of their process they never do what they suppose to as far as handling your complaint I have sent in a form that I finally did receive and faced a hand written dispute form as well because they said they never received the form they sent me and now they haven't recieved the fax either . I sent out another email written form a police report and where I was at doing this transactions to their advocate department then they still deny my case saying not enough information on the hand written dispute form I don't know what more they could want from me I would like my money replaces that was stolen from me my lights are past due I don't want to end up homeless like other customers I read about going through the same thing
