I am rejecting this response because:Direct Express is a program of the U.S. Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service and therefore is outside the mission of the Revdex.com.This is untrue although they may be a program they doesnt give them the right to steal money.I have tried calling the deirect express and they will not help me and the treasury department does not control direct express!!! The treasury department can not help me because direct express is the company stealing my grandsons money.Social Security has ask 18 times for them to return the funds they are trying to steal but they refuse.

On 5/14/14 - Mr. [redacted] opened a dispute for an alleged unauthorized...
transaction in the amount of $50.00 that occurred on 5/12/14.
On 05/21/14 - Mr. [redacted]'s new replacement card was registered.
On 05/27/14 - Direct Express received the Dispute paperwork. The claim is currently pending completion of the investigation.
Mr. [redacted] will be notified by Direct Express of the outcome of the investigation.

This is so not true....I have never received any phone what's so ever from us direct express and on top I have yet received a letter asking for additional information. This is all so UNTRUE...us direct express needs to stop being dishonest
Revdex.com, Direct Express customer advocacy group have been in constant contact with the [redacted] via email. [redacted] was only charged $220.13 on his Direct Express account. He was issued a credit for that amount on 03/29/2016. He is requesting the remaining $170.00 be issued to his account or his wife’s as he stated she paid the remaining $170.00 with her card. [redacted] was advised that another dispute needs to be created to have the remaining funds issued to his wife’s card. Direct Express is currently awaiting additional correspondence from [redacted] to continue this dispute for him. I am rejecting this response because:
Based on the response given by Vice President [redacted] Direct Express does not fall under the mission or prevue of the Revdex.com. This is an attempt for Direct Express to neglect liability on behalf of their company. Their company allowed $34,630.75 to be withdrawn from my account without a single notification to the me (the consumer). Cardholder satisfaction is 95%? I find this quite hard to believe as there are many other disabled veterans and social security recipients that have experienced the same issue that I am facing. Today is June 13, 2017 and there has yet to be any type of resolution. It has been 27 days and I have yet to receive further guidance on what phase my case is in.I am still missing $34, 630.75
