I did receive a phone call from American Family Insurance last week and they took a recorded statement from me. I am only rejecting this response right now to keep the Revdex.com ticket open since I must respond in ten days. Now I am just waiting for the underwriting department to review and get back with me. I will wait to see their response and keep this ticket open in the meantime. Thanks.

I will be sending Amanda the requested information.
