Raymond [redacted] This company is cancelling our auto policy via a billing invoice we receive because we won't sign up for their autopay to pay our monthly premiums. They are taking away the quoted and promise discounts because of not giving them our personal banking information, although we pay our premiums thru our banks online banking system which is more trustworthy than this company. We will look for other auto insurance companies to cover our vehicles that do not scam and mislead the consumers. No one can force a person in the way they pay their debts by holding this type of system of payment over their heads, and besides that this information should have been told while giving the quote to the consumer in the beginning of doing business and purchase.

The response provided on the correspondence dated Jan 23, 2018, is yet a different answer to the 3 were have already received from various employees of the company. How is it that each employee can offer a completely different response as to why our account was a mess? How is it that they cannot all look at the exact same information and all offer the same answer? And how is it that money we designated for one account was taken by the company, without our permission, and applied to a closed account? How is it that they say they cannot now return that money to the account it was designated for? We began having terrible with our account and the accounting practices of American Family back in July, 2017. So, no, we do not accept their response that because of a change to the account in September, 2017, we were short funds when every month we paid what was requested even though the amount continually increased without explanation every month.

A simple refund is what I'm looking for as I was tricked into an insurance plan that changed significantly from what they agreed on, on signing. I don't want any further correspondence from American American if it doesn't entail a proper refund.
