Dear [redacted],   Re: Complaint # [redacted] Customer Information:   [redacted] Daytime Phone: ###-###-#### Evening Phone: ###-###-#### E-mail: [redacted]   New York Times Account Number:[redacted]  ...

Please be advised that this complaint was resolved as of 2/*/15.  The delivery is being closely monitored by our distribution manager and the customer has his contact information should another problem arise.   Best Regards,   [redacted] The New York Times § [redacted] § [redacted] (T) ###-###-#### § (F) ###-###-#### [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have answered two emails from the NYTimes, stating my dissatisfaction, and have not received any calls from them. I do NOT answer unidentified calls because of marketing abuses, and if [redacted] called, he DID NOT leave any messages. I do not consider this reaching out! I will no call the several customer service numbers they provide, as I refuse to be further pushed around. I want this matter resolved by email. They know my concerns, and have given me no response or excuse for doubling the price of a subscription that, as I stated, I was under the impression of being just a short trial.Thank you,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but I have not yet received the $35.00 credit to my account and there was no indication of when it would happen. In addition, after making many attempts by phone and via email to resolve my issue with the New York Times and getting nowhere, I left more than two voicemails on Mr. Oswald R[redacted]'s phone but not once did he think it important to return my phone calls.  I reiterate my previous statement that the company has no desire to hear from its customers regarding delivery issues and makes no attempt to have a customer service that can handle anything other than the random missed or wet paper.  Anything that requires them to deal with the depot that manages the drivers is completely above their ability.Regards,
[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have been the victim of unauthorized newspaper delivery of the NY times even after being cancelled. Initially after cancellation in 2014 I filed a complaint but the delivery has never stopped. The company has said they are not charging me but they cannot seem to be able to stop local delivery of the paper. I have talked to the NY times executive service desk three times about unwanted delivery - I have talked to [redacted] at ###-###-#### twice and once to another person at that number (I have the voicemail from them) and each time they have told me that the delivery will be stopped. Their initial response was a month ago (2/**/15). Please have them hold the delivery immediately. I will file charges if it is not stopped this week and contact the local police department. Halt and desist with delivery immediately

Sincerely,
[redacted]
