Althought I have received an email message from the business, excuses and apologies do not resolve the issueThe issue will only be resolved when the company refund the total amount dueAs of today, 03/**/2015, the credit card originally charged has not received a refund and, in addition, no check has been received in the mailThey have apologized in the past when I contacted them and gave all kinds of excuses and promises of refundSo far, nothing happenedThe issue will only be resolved when the money is fully refunded and not when they just write an email apologizing.Sincerely,*** ***

[Your Answer Here]
I have already been told twice before that a check was sent and that I would be receiving my payment and was lied to twice since my payment was never sent. I have lost all faith and won't believe it until I receive a check in my mailbox. I do not want to close my complaint until I receive my payment. Also, since I was not able to provide my family a Thanksgiving meal because I had over $taken by New York Times and still have not received the money, it would be nice to at least get a discount or some free papers to compensate for this lost holiday

I'm an attorney and interpret contracts all day for a livingI have no idea what the New York Times response isThey have agreed to do what I asked them to do? They have not agreed what I asked them to do? Legally this is called not responding to the questionTo my knowledge I have heard nothing from NY TimesI can be reached at ###-###-####I also disputed the part of my bill that exceeded what I had agreed to pay in regard to the charge by NY Times to my credit cardThanks

Please be advised that this complaint was resolved as of 2/*/15.  Our records show that the customer agreed to a temporary delivery stop from 2/**/14, restarting on 6/*/14.  According to our policy, it is the responsibility of customers to inform us if they are not receiving the service they are paying for, wish to end it, or are paying for services they did not authorized, in a reasonably timely manner.  That said, we do try to address our subscribers’ concerns, and, as a good-faith gesture, we have removed the $43.50 balance due and processed a 3 month refund totaling $104.40.  The customer was contacted and informed of the resolution.   Best Regards,  [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
