RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I thought I replied to this earlier today, but I received another notification, so here is my reply again in summary:I never used this service, nor did the New York Times provide any service to me. Nothing at all. No emailed news, no headlines. I never logged in. NYT never so much as provided an invoice or made any attempt to deliver news to me. So, why am I supposed to be happy getting a partial refund? Did I cost NYT anything?I reject anything less than a full refund for the 6 months. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
1) The company states in their response that the complaint was resolved on 1/**/2015, implying that we and the company reached some sort of agreement. That is incorrect - we have received no communication from the company since January *** which was a week before we filed the complaint.2) The company states again that a refund was sent in December, and that we should check with our bank. They are ignoring the fact that we did exactly that and that our bank found no record of any such refund or deposit See the attached response from the bank and the accompanying email we sent to the company advising them of this fact3) Again they state the customer was contacted and advised to contact the company directly if we had more questions - implying a communication from them to us since the complaint was filed. As previously stated, we have had no communication from the company to us since January ***

according to YOUR records online this account is still set up for automatic paymentsfor nearly a month i've been trying to change this setting to manual, and have been it has been changed to manual.the reason for this change is that your company takes money without notifying the customer of changes in the account, does not make refunds in-kind, and wastes customer time chasing down and trying to correct these mistakesin short, it's lie after lie after lie.this is going on for nearly a month now, in the wake of a similar mixup when we got started that took nearly as longyou get paid to deal with this ***, but I do not, and the wasted time is costing me a lot of money, as I am self-employed.you have lie to the Revdex.com and to me, seemingly, with impunity.I don't have time to chase down and read the back and forth emails and manifestos you people writei look online, check my account (after navigating through your maze of ambiguous links, and pay my bill if I can find a payment link)do you want this plastered on social media? written up and sent to major media outlets and truly legitimate consumer watchdog agencies? perhaps organizes and presented to the justice department as a conspiracy to defraud and steal moneyif i'm going to spend more time on this nonsense i'm going to spend it impactfullly.the balance on the invoice due may * is correct, but i'm still showing automatic payment info online.please advise.*** and *** ***copied from your Website, April **, 2015Tuesday, April **, 2015My Home DeliveryMY HOME DELIVERY > EDIT MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION > MANAGE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS Manage Automatic Payments The subscription below is currently enrolled for Automatic Payments.Icon AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARDThe subscription below is currently enrolled for Automatic Payments.Account Type *** ***Account Number ***
