Our office

preliminary matter, please be assured that our client placed this account with

policy for the 2006 [redacted] cancelled on 1/14/2011. When the policy
cancelled there was still a balance due for insurance provided from the date of
last payment through the cancellation date.Ms. [redacted]
indicates that this was the first she has heard that she owes a balance to our
client. Contrary to her assertion, we had sent her several letters and made
phone calls to her in regard to this matter since the account was placed with
us in February 2011. Please also note that on 5/21/2011, we have a record that
Ms. [redacted] accessed our website and provided us with the same email address listed
in her complaint.?Notwithstanding
the above, we have agreed with Ms. [redacted]’s request that we stop contacting
her in regard to this matter. Please be assured that we did not send this

Our
office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. We greatly
appreciate this opportunity to respond.
Please
be assured that our creditor-client placed this account with our office under Ms.
[redacted]’ responsibility. The account in
question revolves around an...
insurance policy that cancelled on 07/14/12 for
non-payment. When the policy cancelled there was still a balance due for
insurance coverage provided from the date of last payment through the cancellation
date. If Ms. [redacted] could please send us a copy of the declarations page from
her new insurance company that pre-dates the cancellation date, then we would
be happy to forward the documentation to our client to determine if an
adjustment is due. That being said, we have closed this account in our office
and instructed the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) to delete the account. Please
note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA acts upon our request
and we recommend giving them at least thirty (30) days to update their records.
We
trust this resolves your concerns.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
This is a highly unethical business. They previously claimed to have removed my personal home number from their database but the unsolicited calls continue. I have never purchased a product from this business nor would I ever employ their services. The called my home again after previously saying my number was removed from their database. Again, I called back and was asked by a CCS agent if I knew [redacted]. I do not know [redacted]. I have never known anyone by that name. A reasonable person would expect that CCS would cease calling my number repeatedly, over the course of many months, after asking the same question and receiving the same answer. I know they are bill collectors. I have a flawless credit record and have never had a credit problem. CCS won't accept that they have wrong contact information for [redacted]. I have opened a complaint with the FCC. This business should have their license revoked for the unethical practices. I will agree to closing this case when the phone calls permanently cease- and they have not. How can they have an A rating from the Revdex.com? Does the Revdex.com have standards?
Regards,

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. My payment was cleared to a utility company and when I asked for a receipt from the collection agency one was denied. The transaction receipt from my HSA is attached. As you can see who it was not sent to [redacted] Hospital. Any legal transaction a receipt is provided. The other statement from this agency also raised red flags. They asked me not to pay [redacted] directly.
