Once again your company has displayed no business savvy and less than acceptable integrity. I can not accept your reasoning as to why you cannot locate the file. The reason you give is lame and un-unprofessional. I comprehend that the one thing your company continues to have is tenacity when it comes to not being transparent and allusive. This is my official acknowledgment that your company is not up-front and will not bend on its decision. It is a shame that you cannot assist a person with attempting to clear their name, but you can constantly bombard the wrong person in the attempts to collect on a debt. Good luck with your company and less than acceptable business practices. I will no longer waste my time with you in this forum.

We regret that our previous response was not satisfactory to Ms. [redacted]. Please be advised that Ms. [redacted]’ account was previously closed in November 2014. Furthermore, the credit reporting agencies (CRA) were instructed to delete the account at that time. Although we have no reason to believe the CRA did not act upon our previous request, we have again instructed the CRA to delete the account. Please note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA acts upon our request and we recommend giving them at least thirty (30) days to update their records. We trust this resolves your concerns.

advised that on 4/15/2015, Ms. [redacted] agreed to a settlement of $1,525.00 in
installments of $275.00 payable by 4/24/2015, $625.00 payable by 5/8/2015,...
and
$625.00 payable by 5/26/2015. Ms. [redacted] is under the belief that she only has
$430.00 remaining on a settlement of $1,525.00. Contrary to Ms. [redacted]’s
assertion, she has paid $895.00 towards the settlement and has a remaining
balance of $630.00 to satisfy the settlement amount.
Please note
that the following payments were made towards the settlement: $275.00 on
4/27/15, $375.00 on 5/12/15, $75.00 on 5/14/15, $50.00 on 5/18/15, $50.00 on
5/26/15, and $70.00 on 5/29/15.
As an aside,
please note that on 6/19/2015 our creditor-client instructed us to close the
account with our office. If Ms. [redacted] has any additional questions regarding
the balance due we would suggest that she contact the original creditor
directly.

I filed a complaint (#[redacted]) against this company on 8-23-15 for 2 charges they added to my credit reports from Infinity insurance. On 9-26-15, CCS responded to my dispute with a promise to remove both accounts from all 3 of my credit reports. As of today 12-18-15, these accounts are still on my credit reports. I want them to have both accounts removed per their promise. Please remove the 2 accounts from my credit reports as they promised.
