Bought a car yesterday from Marcos *** He was very patient with me and helped me make the best decision for my family In this internet age where everything is done online, he totally accommodated my need to "kick the tires", compare different cars, dig around and test drive as many as I needed to before I found the perfect one I just happened to get him on a blind call to Texas Direct Auto, and I'm glad I did I will definitely refer people directly to him, and will use him again when I'm ready (in a couple of years!)
I recently purchased a ** *** The delivered car was exactly as described, and the transaction went pretty smooth TDA also allowed me to choose a local auto mechanic to look over the car, and provide me an independent detailed report I would definitely consider buying a vehicle from them again I worked with Thomas ***, who took good care of me
My sales man was Eric ***, he made the process quick and easyHe got every car we wanted to drive ready so we just got out of one and into the otherGot the car we wanted in no timeEven had a few problems after we bought it and he took car of them with no hesitationWould go back to buy a car from him anytime
On June 22, I purchased a *** *** from Tien It is now November 16, and I still have not received my license plates I have made multiple attempts by phone and email to get answers as to WHEN I would receive my license platesI called them today, November 16th and was told they see I called on November 14th and have now escalated my concern from priority to urgent; I'm still waiting Their solution is to keeping giving me paper tags each time they expire and now on the third extension of paper tags
I spoke *** *** at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicle previously and *** (?) on November 15th to get an update not he complaint I filed with them; no update available I informed her that my tags were extended to December 26th but since I paid over $for tax, title, and license, I want my license platesAt that time she informed me that the tags issued by Vroom (Texas Direct Auto) were not valid and if I get pulled over, it would be a problemNow t
Bought a sports car here My actual sales guy was alright, but while purchasing , he kept disappearing making the process so ooooh loooong! Wondering why I kept having to wait on him, I found out as they pulled my car up for inspection before taking home....he was in the middle of purchasing his own car which was parked right next to mine! Totally unprofessionalThen while inspecting my car I noticed two things, they did some touch up paint on the wheels and completely painted over the red calipers (think *** *** paint job), front and backIt was horrible looking They tried to fix it but made it only slightly better I told then NM, I'll fix it at home...they ***!
Second, the back tires were almost bald They put two new tires on the front, but left bald tires on the back After finding my sales guy, he explained any tire with 4/tread is still good I said, no this tire doesn't even have 2/32, it's bald After arguing he finally went and checked sure enough it was bald They still did not want to put a new tire on, so I told them forget the deal, who buys a RWD sports car with bald tires in the back Reluctantly, they finally replaced themFinancial guy-horrible..acted like I was making him late for his family dinner, no eye contact, no congratulations, grabbing for his keys and hitting the door before he finishes answering my questionsNow weeks after buying, my paper plates are out of date Call up there times, either sent to voice-mail, or told no one is in the office No call back after leaving my number numerous times FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE ABSLUTELY HORRIBLE! Their job is to keep you from talking to anyone important After calling and complaining, talking to a careless "manager", I still have no plates, not even the paper replacement they said they sent out a week agoReally read some of the 1-star reviews if your gonna buy here These people drove me nuts! They deserve a star, but I really like my car
When we initially inquired about doing a test drive for a car, we called the number on the website which led us to Ro ***She was so pleasant on the phone and easily worked around mine and my husbands work schedule to make sure the car was ready to test drive at the time we showed up (which was late in the evening)By the time we finished test driving the vehicle, it was after closing time, but she continued working with us to get our financing in and all questions answeredThe next day, we decided to move forward and she made sure everything went flawlesslyWe did all the paperwork with Lakeisha, who was also a joy to work withShe pleasantly surprised us with a lower monthly payment and interest rate than we had been initially told (keep in mind, we have not-so-great credit, so this was even more exciting!)She took the time to explain all warranty options and gave us great advice on what would be best for our personal situationUsually buying a new car is an all-day circus, this was easy, straight to the point, and everything was ready and prepared for us ahead of timeI don't have a bad thing to say about Ro, Lakeisha, or Texas Direct AutoWe will definitely buy all of our future cars from Ro and TDA!
Zak *** at Texas Direct Auto was amazing throughout the entire car buying processHe was extremely helpful, had a great sense of urgency and provided guidance when neededI was at the MB dealership and had an awful experience - where after an hour of being there I the sales rep still didn't provide requested informationAs soon as I contacted Zak he was able to answer my questions, not to mention upon arriving at Texas Direct Auto - Zak already had everything ready to goBeing in sales, I've had the ability to work with different levels of customers and I can say I was very impressed with the service
