I recently just had a baby three weeks ago, so have been looking to get a bigger vehicleI went to the Texas direct auto in Grand Prairie, TX to purchase a vehicle two weeks agoI told them I want to look at the *** *** *** and was told to go look on the lot and directed what area to look in instead of the rep showing us the carsI went online to look at the vehicles and found a *** *** online and went in told them the vin numberWe also sold our vehicle that same week to direct auto and was told we would get a credit towards the new vehicleThe rep ( Roderick) told us the car was in Houston and needed $in order to be shipped to DallasOn 5/11/I had my bank draft the check for the purchase of the vehicle and was told the vehicle would be there later that day or by 5/12/On 5/12/we called the location to see if the vehicle was there and did not get a call backWent to the location the following day to find out our rep was on a leave due to having

the $*** depositI therefore am closing my complaint and will happily do business with them again

The price over email from TDA was not ***TDA LIED to me jst to get me into the dealership that dayI no longer want anything to do with these crooksThey can find whatever loop hole they want to get out of how they did horrible business to get me into the dealershipI just want them to know I will start sharing links of the situation on social media on how they conducted bad businessTDA WILL PAY FOR WHAT THEY DID IN THE LONG RUN, as I am sure I am not the only one who this has happened to I will also be reporting this situation to ***'s *** * investigates My actions are soley to warn others of how these guys conduct there "business" TDA may sell 100's of cars daily but there bad business will eventually catch up to them My actions will only speed up the process
