I purchased a truck from Texasdirectauto.com I was not happy with the purchase due to lack of customer service and the inability to tell the truth They have the truck and I have an email stating they are purchasing the truck back that is more than weeks old, but I am still receiving bill notices from *** *** I reached out to "managers" at Texasdirectauto.com and have not been contacted back Two days ago I started the process of working through their phone tree to come across another "manager" that knows how to lie as well *** ** *** ***  She told me she was going to get someone to reach out to me and that they listen to her To date still no response and I had to e-mail her again today I need someone at this horribly ran company to reach out to me and deal with this problem

I recently sold my Toyota 4runner and bought a used Toyota VenzaI choose to work with them because they were giving me the highest amount for my trade in and they had a good selection of used vehiclesWorking with Kevin the Appraiser was fine, He was a tough negotiator thoughWorking with Thomas on the phone was great, he was very friendly and took great care of me and helped walk me through the process of buying a car onlineHowever once I put the deposit down on the car I liked the process started to go downhill real quickIt was such a mess trying to get the paperwork taken care of and arranging the delivery of my vehicleThen when I went to pick up my new car, It was a complete and total headacheI was at the dealer for over hours and they knew I was coming and they had already had the vehicle for days, but they didn't have it cleaned and they needed to do some body repairs and touch ups when I showed upI know much of this is due to the merge between *** and Texas direct Auto, however it robed me of any wow factor and honestly made me not want the car because the process was such a headacheI like the car but the condition wasn't near what I expected, They didn't seam to really do anything to make it up eitherOverall the staff was very friendly, however they are very unorganized and don't do a good job of really wowing their customers

I was very happy with my trip to Texas auto directThe salesman I worked with was Eddie *** and he was amazing! He was very fair and I never felt pressured once during our interactionsI drove away with a great car and felt very good about my purchase thanks to Eddie

I put a deposit down to have a vehicle with the specs that I wanted shipped from Dallas to Stafford locationI had two major issues:
My deposit for bringing the truck from Dallas to Stafford and reserve it, was not returned to me until 8-weeks after I purchased my vehicleThis was after several phone calls and emails
I later noticed that the dealer gave me a truck with a Vengine instead of the VI specifically asked for vehicle information to be emailed to me prior to putting my deposit and having it shipped to StaffordThe vehicle information was falsely listed on their website
After I noticed the issue, I contacted them to give them an opportunity to resolve this issueBeing the poor professionals that they are, instead of admitting their mistake and finding a solution, they talked me into trading my truck in, which they wanted to give me ~2,under what I owed for a trade in instead of taking actions for their mistake and buying it back for full pr

Outstanding customer serviceNo negotiation hasslesTrue professionals in an industry that's dominated by shady selling tactics and shell-game pricingGreeted positively every time I walked in the showroom floorI don't think I'll shop for a car anywhere else

I purchased vehicle on 7/13/My sales tax..Reg...Title..insur costs were to be included and a check sent to cover same A month went by and truck needed MA reg/insuretc but no check had arrived So I paid myself out of pocket weeks after they sent check for that amount to my insurance company made out to MA DOT The insurance co turned check over to me Now I have a check made out to MA DOT that I need TDA to reissue to me to cover costs This amount is a Line Item on my loan I have asked them to rewrite check or rewrite loan removing $ I have contacted the business numerous times and are told each time that someone will contact me They never return calls or respond as they say the would I am asking for Revdex.com assistance as legal action will be next

On Saturday September 9, 2017, we went to purchase a carUpon seeing the car, we were told it had probably been wrecked and we were told the front & back bumper had been replaced/paintedWe did NOT want the carWe did not take the car & immediately asked for a refund upon seeing the carWe were promised a refund of $16,The manager apologized to us and told us verbally & sent us an email that we would get a full refund of $16,and he said we would get the refund in 2-daysIt has been over a week and we still have NOT received the refundWill you please help? We are getting the runaround! We have contacted numerous people at Texas Direct Auto on a daily basis begging and pleading for helpNo one will give us the General Manger contact infoI have all the documentation including emails and textWe Need our refund as promised! My personal experience at Texas Direct Auto is very positiveI worked with a couple of different salespeople to gather all the information and test drive various vehiclesFinally, I settled on my new BMW coupeThroughout the process, the folks were friendly and honest, and I really felt like they were taking care of my concernsThe person who helped me make the sale is Zak GarrisonHe is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I do strongly recommend him for your car buying needsThe thing about used car dealerships is that you always feel like there is some trick or gotcha moment behind the sale, but Texas Direct Auto did everything rightI have now owned my BMW for a few weeks, and everything runs perfectThe only downside I can think of with this place is the wait timesDue to the volume of people, the wait times could be incredibly long and frustratingJust expect to waste half a day or more here every time you visitAll considered, 9/overall

I just wanted to write a quick review of Texas Direct Auto: this is the 6th vehicle we've bought from them and it seems each time they seem to do something extra to make sure we come backThis time we were in a bit of a spot as our son's car had just died and he needed something as he started school in a week; on a wing and a prayer we tried contacting someone we had worked with before - hoping he was still around and availableAs it turns out, he was off that day but happened to be in to finish up some paperwork and had cars we were looking at queued up to test drive by the time we got thereNot only did he help get us something for the dead car but also he stayed there through the financing process (after our son picked out a car he wanted) and didn't leave until we were leaving with the new car as wellAll the while with patience and a smile and making sure everything was moving along for us, again all on his day offSo a big thank you to the team there but in particular the person who helped us, Michael ***He's one of the many reasons the next time we're in the market for another car, we'll be back there

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Thad at Texas Direct Auto and had a great experienceI was in and out in less than hours from the time I walked in to driving away in my Jeep which was as advertisedVery efficient dealership and salesman
