I have yet to receive my title and permanent plates after purchasing the car in SEPTEMBERI have called 6x and received the same line advising that the other dealer has not released itI even had one clerk tell me that they mailed it (standard with no tracking) and it would be overnighted to meAfter a week later, I called once again and was told that was not accurateI am waiting on my 4th temporary plate which was to be sent over night on 2/2/and that has not been receivedMy car is due for service and I cannot take it into the dealerI will take additional action if this is not resolved immediately and continue to get dodged by the title management
I purchased a car from you in the middle of March and there have been several problems along the way, including misrepresenting the *** system in the car, dents in the door that were not disclosed, and a shipping problemI think we have resolved all the issues except for one - I am still waiting for the $shipping refund
The delivery was supposed to take place on 3/as per your email to me from *** *** At 4:30pm the day of the delivery we had no car and had not heard from the shipper I contacted the shipper who told me that the car had not left Texas, and it won't be leaving there until they get orders for more carsThey have no idea when they will get more orders or when the car will begin it's journey to Reno*** got involved and arranged for a delivery days later and also said he would issue a refund for the $I paid to have it shipped to Reno, for all the troubles

On June 23, I completed and faxed the request form and all required documents to the warranty company
On June 30, 2017, our Texas Direct Auto loan was paid off
On July 17, 2017, I called the warranty company to check on the status of my cancellation requestThey informed me that the request was processed on June and the authorization/approval documents had been mailed to Texas Direct Auto on June They also instructed me to contact the dealership regarding the status of the refund ch
I purchased a *** *** *** *** in February prior to days of purchasing the vehicle, an oil leak, and my check engine light came on so I took the vehicle back to the dealership for repair The vehicle was returned however the repairs have not been corrected Then the vehicle started making a loud noise, which I called and advised the salesman of the issue, I took the vehicle in and I was told another part was required I explained the vehicle had been given me problems since I purchased it, would they trade the vehicle because it was not dependable, the manager told me yes, MsEcho *** requested that my husband go online and complete an application, which he did However, the vehicle continues to give me problems and no one will answer or return our calls

Texas Direct Auto, with one of its AWESOME sales guy-Zak ***, is the best, most ethical car dealership I've ever dealt with by a thousand miles I was stunned at their amazing prices, unbelievably fair traoffer and fabulous customer service I was racing against time to get my car and get on the road before I got caught in the Louisiana flooding road closures just a day before my kids started school Zak *** was literally sprinting all over the dealership to get the deal done ASAP and get me on the road safelyI will NEVER by a car anywhere else and I will ALWAYS use Zak!
