weeks ago I was driving to work at the dealership I am employed at ,and the vehicle purchased with Texas direct auto broke downI am now located in dallas, TX, no problem took it to a shop of my choice as the warranty states I can doThe shop drafted the estimate and called the warranty companyThe warranty company over the span of weeks sent out inspectors to check the vehicleThe end result was that the vehicles aftermarket suspension lift that was installed before I purchased it voided the warrantyThe vehicle has not been altered in anyway after I purchased itSo I was sold a warranty which does not cover the vehicle I purchasedToday marks the third time I've contacted Texas direct auto with no solutionIt's now been weeks without a vehicleEverytime I call there solution is that Shane the finance manager will call me right backI have yet to speak to ShaneI've been told numerous things such as they are going to upgrade the warranty? As far as I know I was sold

I bought a vehicle from Texas direct Auto on 06/20/ I had to put down *** to get the deal done, no problem signed the paperwork and sent the cashier's check to V*** *** She informed me that everything was good to go and financing was complete The truck was delivered and my trade in was taken About a week went by and Veda started blowing up mine and my wives work phone She harassed us and called us liars She demanded the truck back We have tried now for over days to have them come get the truck and give us our property back the jeep and *** She has yet to this day to agree to give us our property back And she currently works there She messed up finance because of her failure to perform her job dutiesNow she is covering herself and costing us
