Review: I placed an order on September **.

*. I received a shipping notice for this order from Tal Depot on September **, but it was apparently never shipped. The [redacted] tracking number never changed from "address label created."

2. After contacting the company about the missing order, I received a second "[redacted]" notification on September **. This was also apparently not true, as tracking information never showed up with [redacted].

3. On September **, I received the email at the bottom of this thread saying that my order was being re-shipped THAT DAY via expedited shipping.

4. On September **, after repeatedly emailing with no response, I was told that one item was out of stock, and that I could receive the other two items or cancel my order. No explanation for all the seemingly fake shipping notices.

5. I replied with the list above and asked what the company would do to make this right. I received no response.

5. On October *, I received an automated email asking me to rate my customer service experience.Desired Settlement: Given the amount of time I have waited for this small order, the terrible customer service, and the inconvenience that has resulted, I would like to receive the items at a discount, and shipped immediately.
