 I was informed last week that a refund of 25% would be put back on my card, for the inconvenience and mistaken item. It has not as of yet. I was also emailed yesterday and told the same thing.This company seems to have only shipped out my items because if the complaint that I filed.

 Despite issuing a refund for the purchased amount, it does not make me whole. My money was held and taken for goods purchased yet they did not have the goods to be sent. Monetary damages should be awarded, or the goods sent in addition to the refund

They never shipped my items and took my money. They were paid 10 days ago, a label was created, and nothing.They don;t respond to email or phone inquiries. I have had to file a claim with my CC company. Look at the reviews at Revdex.com ,,,77% are negative. They collect the money, create a shipping label and make it seem as if they are legit. STAY AWAYm avoid at all costs This is a scam and should be shut down immediately.

My order did not ship on February **, 2017 like the business said. Today is February 13, 2017, and the order still has not shipped. I have not received a partial refund either. Simply put, the business did not do what it said it did in its response to the Revdex.com.

I placed an order February 12, 2018 today 2/23/18 I checked on my order and a label was created on the 15th but it hasn’t shipped yet. They charged my card on the 12th. I called customer service at 1:40pm CST and she said she would have to call me back on Tuesday 2/27/18 because she was leaving for the weekend. Really? I will never order with this company again! They should be put out of business. They are theifs.

Where did you get a phone number ? They did same to me and ripped me off 3 short but took my money

Very disappointed with tal depot. I placed an order and they have changed the date I should receive it three times. So you can never tell when something will arrive. So far my order will be taking a week. If they don’t change the date again.

I am having the same problem. The only reason I didn’t check out the reviews was because they seem to be linked with Amazon so I thought they would be OK.

Nonexistent customer service. Received only a part of my order, their website claims it was fulfilled in full. Called and emailed numerous time, they keep promising to resolve it. Sent me a couple of different tracking numbers, however 9 days later nothing has been shipped. When I asked for refund - they keep telling me they will investigate and will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Spoke with 5 different customer service reps - I am beyond frustrated at this point. At this point it I feel scammed and it sounds like they play games with you.

This is by far the worst online company I have ever done business with. I ordered my items on July 7th. I contacted the company via email after several attempts via phone and the lady apologized and said that she will find out a status update for me. It was no big deal because it was only a week waiting process. I contacted them today since my status still said processing and I finally got through to the customer service person. I told her the situation and she apologized which was nice. She then stated I have to contact the warehouse to see what the delay is. I said okay perfect not a problem you can place me on hold and contact them I don't mind waiting. She said well I can't do that, I actually don't have a way to contact the warehouse directly. I said well I really need to find out the status of my order and the anticipated ship date so I can plan accordingly (I purchased a month's worth of snacks and water for my Pastor and kids). She said well do you just want to cancel you order? I said well is that what you are suggesting and if you cannot guarantee that you will reach back out to me, then yes cancel my order. I deal with over a thousand small diverse businesses and over 5 thousand businesses across the world for my career, and I have never had this bad of customer service in my entire time being a supplier manager and supplier diversity specialist. How is it even possible that you guys are still in business? If you are overwhelmed with back orders and have a hard time fulfilling the commitments then put the items out of stock on your website, until you are actually able to catch up. The prices were not that big of a difference between Walmart and amazon, but I like to support new companies, but never again. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. You need a better business plan and company structure to stay in business past this year.
