I'm so angry right now I could scream. I do a search for bodyarmor Berry. Tal Depot 28oz bodyarmor pops up. I click on it. It says extra 25% off first purchase. I click on that. I wait at least 10 days and what comes? 16oz. I can buy these cheaper at the local store. These people Are repulsive. I'd sue them if I could.

The case of Nantucket Nectars that was to replace my broken shipment also arrived broken, leaking, and full of ants. It had to be thrown out. They have shipped a third case, with the same carrier, and that box is now claimed to be damaged during shipping according to [redacted]. I'm tired of receiving broken packages.

The merchant refunded the 'purchase amount' only after extended intervention from [redacted].com.  I needed to PAY to ship the product which was wrongly shipped to me.  This was time consuming and aggravating as well.  My e-mails went continually unanswered by the merchant. After first offering to pay for the shipping, Tal DG went silent and didn't follow through and pay for it. After first offering to send the CORRECT product after wrongly shipping the wrong one, Tal DG went silent and didn't follow through on that offer.This customer service was horrendous. I still haven't even received so much as an apology.I would like my complaint to stand as unresolved and unaccepted.

 There have been no credits refereed to me. They told me they credited the card I used march 1 and they didn't. It was a bank debit and my bank has no records of a pending credit amount. I disputed the charges with my bank.
