Order placed 3-28-18 #TAL-100359387 , money removed from account 4-1-19 . 2 weeks later an email stating they cannot fill my order and my money was refunded , which it wasnt . It's now been 6 weeks and 4 attempts to email them . Emails will no go through , says try again later , I want my money back , avoid ordering from this company . Scammed out of 47$

Placed an order on 4/9/19 online. The site says it was shipped on 4/10/19 called constantly about my order and used email to try to contact them. Now the phone is not in service and I'm out $32. I've been ordering for Taldepot for years not this. How do I get my money back?

These people are complete fraud. I placed my order on April 10, 2019 received confirmation, a tracking number and they took my money the same day. When you look up the tracking number all it says is label generated waiting for pick-up. I have called, e-mailed and gotten no response but a form email stating they would investigate and get back to me in 3 days. I have never heard a word. Now in doing research, I find that they have FILED FOR BANKRUPCY on April 12, 2019 two days after I placed my order, these people knew what they were doing and I feel people should know. I plan on writing a review on every website I can find. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I ordered on April 6 and they charged my credit card for $128 but no product. I checked the tracking and found they sent a label but no product was received at UPS. I have contacted my credit card company and started a dispute. I have ordered from them in the past and everything was fine. Sorry that it had to end this way. They should have never taken my money knowing they were going into bankruptcy.

Placed order 1/31/19. Waited and waited. On 2/16 sent email inquiry. They emailed back and said when they found the shipment they’d let me know. Nothing and I sent 2 other emails they ignored. On 2/19/19 they sent email saying my order couldn’t be fulfilled and they had refunded me. Checked my credit card this morning. They HAVE NOT refunded me! Save a lot of time and hassle, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They basically just used my money for almost 3 weeks.

Have tried to contact this company about a damaged product, they will not return a phone call or email concerning the issue. Keeping customers happy with their purchases is important. Failure to answer phone calls is a red flag!
