I ordered 4 cases of Hint Water on 1/1/2019. They charged my credit card for the full amount on 1/2/2019. Since then, nothing. Attempts to contact them since then have been futile. Phone number answers with a recording saying they are closed. Please call back during regular business hours of Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 5:00PM. I’ve called seven times in the past four days at various times of the day to make sure I was within their “open hours”, no mater where they might be located in the US. Nada! Called my credit card company today and told them to reverse the charge to my account. Don’t go near this outfit. Should have checked for complaints before I ever placed an order

Oct 26, 2018 I informed TalDepot it was 4 days shy of 3 months and I had not received my goods and I would like a refund.
Oct 29, 2018 Taldepot informed me they would refund my money to my method of payment.
Dec 5, 2018 I contacted Taldpot and asked them if they were a legitimate business? I have not received my refund, I have not received my goods.
Dec 7, 2018 I Finally received my refund.

To sum it up, I waited 3 months before asking for a refund. I think that is ample time, and they stretched it out to Dec 7th. So over 4 months for me to receive my refund, and I had to hound them to get it. Would I have ever received my refund it I did not continue to ask for it? I am not so sure.

I will not be shopping at TalDepot again. Ever…

If your looking for a great customer experience taldepot is NOT the place to go, save yourself a headache I placed an order on 8/17/18 because the accepted amazon pay and I trust amazon the took my money right away after a few days I never got a tracking number so I emailed got a response that the product was out of stock this went on for well over a month so I then asked for a refund they blamed amazon saying they couldn't give me a refund and were working on it then I reached to amazon who had stated they never got any communication from Taldepot told me to file delinquent charges with my bank so I did my bank couldn't help me as it was over 60 days long story short I never got my product or my money back from Taldepot and when you call it says call back during normal hours and hangs up on you. Amazon did issue me a refund I just want to warn others do not place an order with Taldepot they are a scam.

I no longer order from them. The prices are incredible. Low prices for hard to get (in some cases) of beverages. Ah...but if only you received them! They are the worst company for anyone to deal with. They never respond to anyting...except when I told them I was gong to dispute the charge. That got a response for a refund. Needless to say, I had to hound them in to getting the refund. About 6 months ago they contacted me. Saying they have changed and improved their services. Didn't bite. I'm still reading complaints from them.

Google "Taldepot Scam". Complaints are all the same, they don't deliver product, blame it on delivery service, and you cant get money back.

The 5 stars are bought reviews. You can tell because everything is 5 stars with short descriptions or real 1 stars with real testimonials. Don't be fooled.

Their customer service is a joke, one lie after another. I placed two orders on 9/28/18 for bottled tea; after 8 emails and 6 phone calls to their "customer we don't care line" the email today 10/17 was " our warehouse cannot fill your order". If they are not already going out of business, lets help them by tell our family, friends and network, not to order anything from them

Tal Depot is apparently a criminal organization specializing in mail fraud. They accept your online order, then print a shipping label to create the appearance of their intention to ship you something... But, they NEVER do. I ordered something on 8/8/18, and I've been working with my credit card company since 8/20/18 to dispute the charges and get my money refunded that way since they NEVER answer their phone (auto-answer doesn't even allow you to leave a message) and do NOT respond to their email messages - i.e., I am unable to even REQUEST a refund directly from them.
0 stars. NEVER USE TAL DEPOT - they are scam artists.

My order was for a case of 24 cans Dr. Brown Cherry Sodas and 12 count case of
32.8 oz of Dr Brown's black Cherry Sodas. What I received was a 12 pack of tall can Coconut Water in a soggy box due to a leak. I have reported the problem twice by email and once by phone and so far now you ask me to review how I liked my order. Well I don't like how I am being ignored.
I want my order! My next step is to report the problem to my Credit Card provider.

same as so many others, item listed as "in stock", ordered 2 items on 7/29/2018, on 7/31/2018 they posted to amazon "Package has left seller facility and is in transit to carrier", and on 8/1/2018 my credit card was charged for items they knew full well were on back order, and after a few days of no tracking updates I got suspicious and started reading outside of amazon reviews like this site, and now regret ever ordering from these clowns, however, amazon store front has them at a whopping 99% approval rating ~ I really question this. so now, after a 3 day volley of emails with this lousy vendor, they say they are cancelling the order, "and when THEY determine that the order has been cancelled (even though they are the ones responsible for the cancellation, then, they will return the charges to my card with a possible 72 hour wait on funds. I sincerely hope that consumers catch on before going through what we all have, and that amazon will be forced to review their business practices and approval percentage because of consumer complaints, but more than likely amazon doesn't care.

This site would be great if you could only GET your items. I would love to give a 5 because IF you get the item you ordered (or anything) it would be the best. You can order quantity at a great price, but so far 4 orders have been messed up. The first 3 at least one item was missing, never told that it was back ordered or arriving in a another box or anything. Only received the item after I E-MAILED customer service. The 4th order: I ordered 4 different items, 2 different juices, and 2 different Starbucks items. This was on July 10, 2018. The next day I received an e-mail with a tracking number saying the order is in processing. Today is August 7th and I have not received any of the 4 items. I have contacted customer service by e-mail about 6 different times. The last time I was told by "Tim" that the items were on backorder, but they get deliveries "daily and weekly". Well I would say they should be in by now don't you think! As of now even Tim isn't answering my e-mails, so today I CALLED and spoke to Karen. She has now contacted the warehouse and has said I should get an e-mail from them soon. She was very nice which was good, but needless to say, I am NOT holding my breath!

Order made on 7/24 was charged on my card, but as of now (8/6) has not been sent, not been updated, not been refunded (despite inquiring 2x already)...zero help from the company. My credit card co. is in process of getting refund.

I am afraid to order from you now, after reading all the mistakes you are making with orders, I was placing and order fo $ 75.00.
