I made an order on April 5. It said on the website that it takes 1-2 days to ship. After 5 days and no shipment notification, I called the customer service people. They then sent it out that day I called. I just received it yesterday, 10 days after I ordered it. They sent the wrong item. I ordered milk chocolate with caramel and they sent me dark chocolate. No way I'll go through the hassle of trying to get what I actually ordered.

I placed an order on March 12, 2017, paid extra for expedited shipping. Today is March 15, 2017, and haven't gotten. An email since I placed the order. So I log in and checked my order status, only to see it hasn't even processed. I called their customer support and she said, "well we are closed on Sundays, so it wouldn't have processed Sunday, it should go out today." To which I replied, " It should? You didnt even ask for my order number, how would you know what it SHOULD be doing?" She then asked for my order number and said, "yea, it will go out today. We will email you." This is thee most u professional company I have ever dealt with. I Paid extra for expedited shipping, so if my products aren't here by tomorrow, there will be serious problems for this company. NEVER AGAIN!

Like most other reviews, I ordered an item, was immediately charged, and then was completely ignored - no item shipped, no response to emails or phone calls - nothing. Only recourse is to have the charge bounced by the credit card company and take my business elsewhere. There are too many other good options on the web that having to deal with poor service like this - actually, they would need to provide some kind of service for it to qualify as poor - they provide no service.

Ordered February 13. Fed-ex tracking says a shipping label was created then nothing! No response to emails; customer service is non-existent. I wish I had read the reviews about this company . If they can't fill the orders, this company should fold.

I had been a loyal customer for over a year until I placed an order on January 28th which has been acknowledged and credit card immediately invoiced but nit a word in three weeks about status, shipping. Numerous calls responded with message of no one available to take call even during website listed hours. Info@taldepot never has decency to respond despite repeated promises to get back with me. What unfortunate customer service! I only want to hear from the company about the status of my order....Tal-100121744

Placed an order on 29-Jan-2017. Received note with tracking number on 31-Jan-2017. I received part of the order (the less expensive items) on 04-Feb-2017. I immediately contacted customer support and finally received a response on 07-Feb-2017 (see below). I attempted to contact again, but no response. Next, I will complete a Revdex.com complaint and one with VISA.

Be weary before purchasing from this company. Based upon the reviews, fulfillment seems to be struggling.

Its been nearly two weeks and still says "order processing." They billed my credit card immediately at the time I ordered the item. Ive tried to email them numerous times and get no response. Ive tried to call numerous times and get an automated machine that says: "there is nobody here to take your call" (even though I called during the business hours listed on their website). Im still waiting for my order to ship. This company is literally some kind of joke. I buy practically everything online and never had this type of experience. Stay far away from these guys.

I am having exactly the same issue with my order. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered. I am waiting on a refund but not holding my breath. This company needs to be shut down. It appears they are just stealing people's money. I shop online all the time and have never seen anything like this. They tried telling me that my issues were "a fluke" but reading these reviews it's exactly the same story over and over.

This was a first time customer experience for me, and I'm very unimpressed. I've worked customer service & tech support for 20 years (phone, email, and chat support).
My wife fell in love with the Mountain Dew Citrus flavor, so I'd ordered a couple 12-packs and a chocolate snack too.
The email confirmation I got was dated Wednesday, January 25th, 2017 @ 1:26pm PST (4:26 in TalDepot's timezone).
So then on the 31st, still no shipping confirmation (1-2 days yeah right!).

So I filled out their online form telling them to just go ahead and cancel the order. They'd taken the money out of my Paypal account on January 25th as well. And our bank confirmed that it was withdrawn, not merely authorized cause' there is $61 missing from our account for this order.

So no response...

So I finally called in yesterday, February 2nd, 2017, and talked to a rep named, Shane who also saw the order as pending (which the website has been showing all along with no new email updates of shipping confirmations since).

I told him to cancel the order and he said he would get a hold of the warehouse and cancel the order and have my money refunded back to Paypal today (Feb 3rd).

And guess what? You guessed it - the damned order shipped!

Hmmm, was it shipped previously and they just didn't update the website?

Oh no! Shane didn't do as he promised and/or the warehouse finally saw, "oh, we have an order - maybe we should handle it".

So NO response from the online form from the 31st to cancel the order...

The warehouse SHIPPED the order that I asked TWICE for to be cancelled now!

And this was the first time I'd ever ordered anything with them!
You think I'm ever coming bank - not in this lifetime!

They better get that shipment turned around and get me my refund, because if I call in again, I'm gonna be livid.

note: I got the email from Paypal just minutes after the call ended.

But unfortunately if it's going to take this long to get things from your company, I'll pay a little more and get it here a heck of a lot sooner.

FYI = The due date as per Amanda from the tracking info she looked up was next Thursday, February 9th.

Umm, I didn't save enough money to wait two weeks for an order. So yeah, I won't be coming back.

But thanks again to Amanda - she's a superstar!

I ordered products on Dec 29, 2016, and the monies were taken from my account Immediately. I was supposed to receive notice when the product was shipped.... It is now the evening of Jan 4th and I still have not seen proof of items being shipped. I have tried to call the company, but no one ever answers. In checking their website, there is no address to be found so I don't even know what country they're in. I have sent now two emails to check status, the first email was returned with a response saying," Your request (18480) has been received. An agent will get back to you with the information you need as soon as possible", but 2 bus days later, NO RESPONSE, so I called (left them a message because as usual, no one answers), and sent another email asking for status, I received an email requesting 24 hrs for them to research (Really?! In this day and age, one should be able to check the computer and give instant status...and get the ball rolling). So I have replied to their emailed request for them to call me with response. I wish I had read all of these notes here before I ordered from this seemingly discombobulated company. They have a good website with lots of photos of their employees, good marketing, they take your money quickly, but their product delivery and customer service are fails at this point. In all fairness, I will follow up this complaint here should they resolve this issue like good business people, which I am hoping they will.

Review: On Jan *, I placed an order for a product. On about Jan **, I found that it had not left the TAL premises. In response to my query, they shipped it [redacted] ground. As of Feb *, I still have not received the shipment. They are refusing to accept any responsibility, telling me it is the problem of the [redacted]. Review: I placed an order on 12.*.15 - was given a tracking number immediately - as I checked frequently to see the status of the package, there was no change. Package was static for 2 weeks. I called to ask about my order and was told I would get an answer in the morning. As you can assume, I did not get a call. I called them in the late afternoon and was told the supplier didn't not have inventory. Why wasn't I notified of this? So fine....I was told a day later that they miraculously now have the product and it will be shipped. So 3 weeks later I got my shipment with the WRONG item! I ordered onion rings but recieved onion and garlic potato chips! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

*when I called the place of business - they seem to always be closed, but the warehouse is open. Huh?!?!?

And when I did get a live person, a customer service rep, he sounded half baked.Desired Settlement: Either a refund, or have my order shipped overnight.

Review: I have been trying to resolve an issue upcoming 2 months in length. I first purchased a product in early December 2014, received an immediate shipment tracking # but nothing happened for 2 weeks and there as no update from Tal Depot regarding my order. I contacted them and [redacted] notified me that they have discontinued service with their supplier of the product I purchased. I would not have known if I did not contact them and I would just be waiting. Tal Depot communicated to me that as a service recovery, they will send me the items "complimentary" within 2 weeks (so by end of December 2014). There was no communication from Tal Depot so I contacted them in early January 2015 and on January **, [redacted] said Tal Depot will ship the promised items (7 packets) "immediately". Typically, I would have gotten an immediate "shipment tracking #", I received nothing. I waited a week, I did not receive anything. So, I contacted Tal Depot and of course they stop answering their phones and everything is done via e-mail. A new person/employee ([redacted]) was handling their emails and with each email I sent, kept telling me she does not have the history and I need to wait for [redacted] and [redacted] to return to the office. I follow-up with [redacted] and [redacted] on the day [redacted] said they will be back, no response. I write to Tal Depot again and again, and [redacted] again said she has no history and to contact [redacted] and [redacted] when they return. This just kept going on and on until today with no response.

Tal Depot has been stringing me along for nearly 2 months in a way that is DISHONEST and UNETHICAL. I have all the e-mail correspondence with Tal Depot and I have been very patient with them. After nearly 2 months, I felt the need to file a complaint about Tal Depots DISHONEST PRACTICE!Desired Settlement: I would like Tal Depot to send me the following products they promised: 7 packets of Made In Nature Unsweetened Cranberries. A business should never lie to their customers and the principal is that you do as you promise. Stringing a customer for 2 months with dishonest e-mails is very unethical!!

We had a problem receiving the product and sending it out to the customer so unfortunately we had to cancel the order. We reached out to the customer and let her know as such, additionally we submitted a full refund to her credit card as you can see on the attached file. We felt bad that the customer did not receive the product that they wanted (even though we gave a full refund) so we offered to send some product (from the customers original order) free of charge, as soon as it came to our warehouse. Unfortunately we have since been unable to receive that product and thus haven't sent out the free replacement. Awful. Placed an order several weeks ago. I received a shipping notification with a tracking number that did not work. When I contacted them they stated that there was a problem with some items and that the order did not in fact ship yet. They stated things are worked out and would it be ok if my order took another week to get here. I said I needed it as soon as possible and overnighting it would be the best for me. I was told bulky items could not be overnighted. When I stated that any item could be overnighted, it just a matter of cost, they stated they couldn't pay for it. They told me they would get back to me, but that they can not get me my order in time.

I ordered 48 bottles of Snapple Kiwi Juice back on 11/**/15. I email Taldepot end of November and I received email stating my package was mailed out 11/**/15. It is now 12/**/15. No package. I have emailed them twice since last email from them and no response. I originally was told it takes 2 weeks. It's going on 3 weeks and no response back from Taldepot. They are a major vendor on [redacted]. I wonder if [redacted] know how unreliable they are.

Review: Through [redacted], ordered what I thought were 4 boxes of 14.4 oz. Nabisco Graham Crackers for $10.00. The company advertised that they do not charge delivery fees for Continental US street addresses. Delivery date was before ** June 2013. The product did not arrive until ** June 2013 and the package contained only ONE box of graham crackers!In attempting to settle this complaint, I tried to email the company, but my email was returned three times as "permanently undeliverable". When I tried to visit the "[redacted].com" website, [redacted] advised it did not exist. I then contacted [redacted] for a resolution.[redacted] contacted the company and they emailed me with an explanation that the box was "a sample" and that the delivery charge was $8.00. They also said that, if I deleted the negative feedback I posted on [redacted], they would refund $6.00 to me. I responded that they did not advertise that the box was a sample and their information on [redacted] clearly states that they "never charge delivery fees for any product" they sell.Emails went back and forth between us until it became clear to me that this entire process was a scam from the very beginning. I finally told them I was going to seek alternative relief from other sources and ended my exchange with them.This complaint is not only an advertising issue, but a Customer Service issue and a Refund issue. In my opinion, this company should be exposed as fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would like my $10.00 back. Had I known it was for only one box of crackers, I would never have ordered them. In addition, had they been advertised as a "sample", I would never pay for a sample of anything, except maybe gold dust. The most astonishing part of all this is their demand that I delete my unhappy experience remarks from the [redacted] website to receive a partial refund. I hope the Revdex.com publishes this transaction as a warning to other prospective customers of this disreputable firm.

This is [redacted] with [redacted]. We recently received a notice of complaint filed against our company, the complaint ID # is [redacted] and It looks like it was filed in July of 2013. We moved from our Port Washington location ( the address the complaint letter was sent to ) in July of 2013 and unfortunately because of a lack of alacrity on the part of the tenants following us we only received the forwarded complaint in the mail this month.

The issue brought up in this complaint was quickly resolved between our company ([redacted]) and [redacted]. The customers claims were refuted and deemed as invalid by [redacted]. [redacted], or whatever name they are now using, refused to refund the purchase price of the merchandise I ordered because they contend that no deception was made on their part. However, they advertised a "pack" of four boxes of the product for $10.00, but they only shipped ONE box of four packs. (I complained to [redacted], they issued a credit on my next [redacted] purchase, which does me no good whatsoever, as I never intend to shop [redacted] ever again.) Tal[redacted] said that the problem was that I "misunderstood" their advertisement, which is absurd as I have been reading English for over sixty years and I know the difference between "four boxes" and four packs of graham crackers! By the way, a single box of four packs of graham crackers sells for less than $4.00 at several of my local supermarkets. Therefore, I would have to be crazy to pay $10.00 for the same box!

I had forgotten about this incident and written off the $10.00 as a very expensive lesson to never shop [redacted]. However, I would dearly love to recover my money as I am a Senior living on a fixed income and $10.00 is quite a lot of money to me.

The text on the product she ordered reads "Honey Maid - Original Grahams, 14.4-Ounce Boxes" and the shipping weight on the product is "1 lbs". The picture is a picture of a single box of Honey Grahams. There are many [redacted] Sellers who sell under this exact listing and when [redacted] brought her problem to [redacted] they exempted us from any payments because this is considered a normal [redacted] listing. TalDepot sent the wrong product, then ignored my requests for them to pick up wrong product and issue refund. I had to report them to [redacted] before they responded to me three weeks later. [redacted] required them to issue a refund as I requested. I'm awaiting the refund.

Review: I ordered Dang Lightly Salted Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Chips from Tal Depot because I can't eat sugar due to a skin condition. Instead, I received 24 packets of Dang Original Recipe Toasted Coconut Chips, which have Cane Sugar. I contacted Tal Depot about this and informed Tal Depot that I opened one of the packages, not realizing that a mistake had been made with my order until I tasted one of the chips. I requested that Tal Depot fix the order on December *, 2015. After a second email attempt, on December **, Yoni from Tal Depot responded on December ** and asked me to take a picture of what I received. I took three such pictures. On December **, Yoni replied, "I appreciate the pictures that you have sent me as I have gone ahead and sent you a return label for this order as I have advised my snacks department to reship the correct product out to you." Neither a return label or a corrected order was ever sent to me, so I contacted Tal Depot by email again on January * and January **. I also tried calling Tal Depot, but the voicemail was full. In my last email, I told Tal Depot that I just wanted a refund at this point and asked Tal Depot to send me a return label. Both emails have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I would still be happy to return the remaining packages if provided a return label from Tal Depot.
