Again the warranty states that the fabric is warrantied for a year and free from defects and workmanshipYou are not referencing the warranty and disregarding the warranty facts which I have proved and attached picturesI have no issues with water and rain in terms of getting wet and that is not my complaintNo where does your warranty state to remove the top in the summer every time it rainsYour warranty states the product is warrantied for a year for the issue I brought to your attentionAgain I will attach the pictures

I ordered two canpies for my grill gazebo and still after weeks have not
