Per the instructions/manual for the canopy, Part Q refers to the "Small Canopy" Per the attached email and order form, I need the "Big Canopy" part P Part Q would not solve my issue; therefore, this action would NOT resolve my issue

It seems we shipped you a replacement canopy on 08/15/which was delivered to you on 8/17/2016.I see from your complaint that the issue occurred on 06/We then sent you out the canopy in augustI believe your first initial contact was somewhere between that time frame
and not 03/2017. You then stated you contacted us in 03/2017. We had already sent a replacement out for your item. Are you looking for another replacement? Please advise. Thank you

Hello ** ***You purchased your item on 5/18/The canopy does have a year warranty on itAs you stated, you did contact us on 5/29/which is out of your warranty periodYou then contacted us on 6/23/and asked to speak with a supervisorI am not too sure why you were not given a call
back but it may be because the call center you contacted is on a different time zone for the supervisor to call back it seems you made the call on their time 11:34pm Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a free replacement at this time as you are out of the warranty on the orderThe order placed on 5/18/it was shipped on 5/20/17. unfortunately, you are still out of warranty whether it is from the date of order or shipment
We apologize for the inconvenience as we are using a new softwareThe order you placed is now refunded and the charge will reflect back to you card shortly. Thank you
