Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am going to file a consumer complaint with the attorney general as they will not accept this return at the store When we went to install this the original box was cut up to get at the awning and it also says do not return to the store right on it so we will not be able to get a refund at the store Seeing you sell these awning I don't understand why you can obtain the parts from another awning and ship them out I also will file a law suit in small claims court as well Don't sell something you can't provide the parts for Regards, Debora Breard

Hello, After reviewing the claim and speaking with supervisors, we will not be able to refund the customerThe reason why we cannot is because in our warranty it states that it does not cover acts of natureThe canopy was not designed to withstand water, although it does have drain holes, it should be taken down to avoid such problem as the one that the customer experienced Thank you,
