Revdex.com:I have had a terrible experience with this company (Sunjoy Industries)When ordering the items that I purchased, I was told the item will ship and to business daysAfter a month of not receiving my item , I called them to find out where it wasThey told me the item was not in stock was on backorder and it will not be shipped for another monthAfter two phone calls and more than two months I finally received the wrong item in the mailI made four phone calls and two emails to them to try to resolve this issueEach time I called on the phone I was told that a supervisor would contact meThat never happenedTwo emails to send pictures to them so they could start the refund processEach time I was told I would be contacted backThat never happenedIt wasn't until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that I got a response later that day

my gazebo canopy would be replaced free of charge and shipped out to me since then I have emailed and called several more times with no response calling the number is pointless because no one ever answers the phone that is why this claim was started in the first place I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know to never buy anything from your company either I wish I could get a full refund and buy some quality product with a company that actually cares about their customers and wants to help replace faulty items I've had a gazebo frame sitting in my yard for almost months now because I don't have a canopy to put on it I've wasted a whole lot of my money for something I can't even use I want a refund for my product, I will also be contacting *** and letting them know about this horrible run around that Sunjoy has been giving me and what horrible customer service they provide that they should stop doing business with you too
