You are correct, it is on back order and standard time for back ordered items is weeksSo the two emails you have are both correct We are not refusing to send you a replacement canopyWe are unable to provide it immediately as you are requestingBeing as though we are not able to ship it out immediately, we offered a 25% refund on the item you purchased The most I can offer is 40% of the purchase price of your item If you would like to proceed with this and put the replacement order in the system to get the item shipped out once we receive stock, please let me know so I can enter it Thank you
