Star Office Supply Reviews (2003)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint A technician did show up on July 3rd, he told me that he could not figure out the problem and decided to switch out routers just to see if it resolved the issue While he was still here and for a few hours after he left, my service was working excellent Then it quit working again This time it was a different problem, and I was not able to connect to the internet at all I called Cincinnati Bell back to try to resolve the issue on July 4th I spent hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the problem At one time they got it working again, and then I once again was unable to connect to the internet It is still on and off, the woman I was speaking to last was in the middle of telling me that she was going to try to upgrade me to fioptics for no additional cost because they can't figure out the problem I was disconnected after talking to her for hours and I'm still waiting to hear back from herThis is getting to be ridiculous I feel like I'm wasting my time Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The company responded that only one call was made to CS That is a very untrue statement I reviewed my call log on my cell and found three calls to CB In addition there was one call made from a landline phoneEach time support was involved I was told there are no errors on the account or outages in the area even though we were experiencing problems, which is why I initially purchased a new computer.Only to find it was not a PC issueThe statement there was an outstanding balance on the account is also untrue I returned the equipment and paid no money toward a balance due I have the receipt showing a $balance There were only two occasions when a CB employee was respectful and courteous, one being the technician that was sent the other was the female employee at the West Chester CB Store when I returned the equipment Very nice and helpful Your company still failed to address the damage done to my yard and landscaping (I have pictures after the install)Your company has the worst customer service I ever experienced I have never in my life yelled at anyone on the phone until talking with your CS Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I already returned all the equipment, power cords, and remotes to the [redacted] location on May 27, before I cancelled my service Most of the Cincinnati Bell's response is not applicable.Cincinnati Bell's response only named Internet service as having this policy What about TV service? Cincinnati Bell, a public company, has a policy that charges for services not rendered This is the first time I have ever encountered a public company charging for services not rendered Cincinnati Bell did not even provide a reason, let alone a rational customer-focused reason, for this policy
