we require that you review your reservation details, including the terms and conditions prior to entering your billing information. In this instance our records show that the information was reviewed, including the Booking Conditions outlined. The 2nd line has the rate description, which stated that, “Full pre-payment required upon booking.”   For your reference, a copy of your contract page has been sent in a separate e-mail.   Your reservation record was further reviewed by our sister company, Agoda.com. They found that the booking was cancelled without any charges on June 14, 2017 at 08:02 AM (UTC +7). The 445.86 USD charged was refunded back to the card used in placing the request. We reviewed your requests and verified the first
reservation booked was with Trip Number, [redacted] This reservation was
booked on July 17,
2016 and it is a roundtrip flight from [redacted]
This reservation is active on our system and a reservation
confirmation or a copy of the itinerary was sent to your email address two
minutes after the reservation was accepted. Our records also indicate that you
checked the status of the reservation online multiple times after purchase. Our
records indicate that you attempted to book the same airline tickets for the
same passengers on August 2, 2016 and August 3, 2016. Those attempts were
rejected because the same passengers were already ticketed.
 
Furthermore, your reservation with Trip Number,
[redacted] was canceled for a full refund in the amount of 1002.60 USD on
August 8, 2016 according to the airlines fare rules. The refund was processed
through our system within one business day; however, bank processing time
varies, so please check with them if you don't see the refund in your account
within a few business days.
 
In addition, your reservation with Trip Number is

The one way tickets were from [redacted]t
(PHL) to [redacted] for the same passengers to depart on
August 27, 2016. This reservation is still active because the tickets are non
refundable according to the airlines fare rules. Our ability to change or
cancel a reservation would depend on the airlines fare rules.

however, you will be responsible for an airline imposed exchange fee, any
difference in fare and a per ticket service fee. Please note this option will

The cancellation policy is provided by the hotel themselves. Our records show that for the room type you've selected, you can cancel your reservation for a full refund up until noon on Wednesday, May 17th (local hotel time). If you decide to cancel your reservation anytime between noon on Wednesday, May 17th and noon on Thursday, May 18th (local hotel time), the hotel requires payment for the first night's stay. You will be charged for the first night's stay including taxes and fees. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you. Refunds or cancellations are not available after noon local hotel time on your day of arrival (Thursday, May 18th). Good evening,   I received your email about submitting my complaint to Priceline.com.  Thank you for acting on my behalf.  I wanted to provide a follow up to my complaint.   This evening when I came home there was a chat window from someone named "[redacted]" from Priceline.com....

 The chat window was inadvertently closed prematurely and I was unable to read the entirety of the message.  I contacted Priceline.com to ask if the message could be sent to me so I could read it.  The operator I spoke with began to tell me that [redacted] (my husband) is the listed driver on the rental.  I confirmed that I am aware of this and that I am not sure how that happened but I believe because I used my husband's credit card for the transaction his name was listed as the primary driver.  I further stated that I would not have listed my husband as the driver because I knew at the time of my reservation that my husband would not be travelling with me.  As with every other phone conversation with the company there is no discussion about how my husband's name would have appeared as the primary driver.  The operator stated that "there was no way to send the chat conversation."  I asked if the message could be read to me and after waiting for the operator to verify if the message could be read to me I was informed that I could only be provided a summary of the chat.  The summary stated that Priceline.com could not change the name on the reservation that I have.?  It seems that Priceline.com skirts the issue about how my husband's name showed up on the listed driver section.  As if their business practices were not already suspect this further drives the point that something is amiss. Of note, yesterday, when I went to Priceline.com to check the website procedures of how a reservation would be made I was able to make a reservation without paying for a vehicle.  If this is the normal practice, I cannot fathom how I ended up paying for a rental.  Given this finding, I am left to believe that I was taken advantage of.  I did cancel the reservation that I made when researching the procedures for making a reservation with Priceline.com.  A confirmation email was sent to my email confirming the cancellation. As originally stated, I want the amount of the rental price ($89.10) to be refunded to the credit card that was used to reserve the rental vehicle for the reasons listed in the complaint as well as the poor business practices that I continue to experience.   ? I am rejecting this response because:I called to [redacted] and the person in charge told me in the first call that the car reservation was cancelled; then in the second call they told me it was not and that I should call Priceline.Once I called Priceline the person in charge told me that she couldn't do anything but start a complain and that due to the fact that the person in [redacted] told me that she was cancelling my reservation, I shoul have my money back. Once I received the response to that claim, I called again and another person told me that just with a letter that proves that I never used the car I could have my money back. And now they are telling me that no matter how many things I do, I can't have my money back despite of all the communications and all the information that Priceline provided?I don't think this is correct, Priceline is a serious company and I expect them to solve the issue.If people in the company provided a wrong information, is on them solve the issue and deliver that promise.

When we called the eight hundred number associated with this
site we got price line customer service. It was price line that had the
information and called the hotel.  The
hotel said the price line seemed to be the parent company.

received the consumer’s additional comments.  As you requested, we have
again reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support
a more favorable conclusion. Unfortunately,
there is nothing we can add to what has already been stated in our previous
correspondence. We are sorry that we are unable to assist the consumer any
further in this situation. We indicated prior to booking
that that [redacted] Airlines charges an additional fee for carry-on and each bag
checked. These fees are not included in the total trip charges. We apologize;
however, we are unable to refund the airlines' baggage fees.

What you are saying is completely misleading.  According to Priceline's website, the following is a definition of a 3.5 star hotel:The most recognized name brands and quality independent hotels in the industry, these hotels feature high quality hotel rooms and well-decorated public spaces. Along with all of the amenities of 3 star hotel, 3½ star hotels offer a higher level of guest service. In addition, hotels will offer a full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and in-room dining. A fitness center may also be available.Let me tell you something, because Vdara does not have a full service restaurant or fitness center, it does not even meet a 3.5 star classification!And if you say Priceline generally has the most conservative ratings of any online agency, how do you explain the fact the hotel front desk would tell you they are a four star hotel only? and the rating of 4 starts are also on their wall?!You still didn't address my question about the hotel location, so I guess you agree that the [redacted] location is deceiving for a fact!  My demand of full refund stands still, and also, please make your [redacted] star rating to be the "most conservation" as you promised. I am also taking this to the media!
