I am rejecting this response because:this is about false advertising. I chose this deal when an image and copy flashed up on my screen with the words that specifically said the [redacted] Airport. The actual location might be 7 miles away, but it is within a National Park, so it takes 45 minutes to 90 minutes to reach this location. This is 100% misleading information and I made my purchase based on this false pretense that the car would be at the airport.No business should mislead their customers this way. It's a bait and switch tactic. Thousands of upset customers on their [redacted] page everyday. We rely on organizations like yours to correct these bad business behaviors. Please reconsider your decision,

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, the "contract" you refer to is very poorly formatted for mobile phones.  I never even knew there was more information below the room cost on that page of the purchase process (until I received a copy of the "contract" from your customer service).  Secondly, if priceline is only offering 2 person rooms then why did the offer automatically pop up charging me for 2 rooms?  Knowing I needed to house 8 people, it should have popped up selling me 4 rooms, and with the price for 4 rooms- that would have been honest.  Instead the deal did not pop up offering me 1 room, to let me know my previously entered information was being ignored- it popped up with 2 rooms implying that that was what I needed to accommodate the travel details given to priceline.  Third, you now tell me that it is up to the hotel to determine the room confguration, but when I call the hotel they tell me they can not touch or do anything with my reservation because it is through priceline.  Priceline is defrauding people with this "policy" to actively deceive the consumer and then refusal to refund, even within moments of hitting the buy button.

We reviewed the airlines fare rules associated to your ticket and verified it is non refundable. We reviewed your contract page and the confirmed cities to make sure that we provided what was requested online and per contract page. For both outbound and return flights, we disclosed that you will be given a flight that will depart [redacted] ([redacted]) to [redacted]...

I have sent you the contract page on a separate email for reference.   I have reviewed the terms and conditions associated with this reservation and see that the reservation you have purchased is highly restricted. By using our Undisclosed option, our travel partner accepted your price on the condition that your reservation would not be changed or cancelled. We deeply discount our rates based on contractual agreements we have with the participating travel partners, therefore all undisclosed reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable.    I have carefully reviewed your reservation and see that your package purchased is restrictive that any time reservation can not be changed or cancelled but due to your concern wherein the city you entered were incorrect, I can cancel your air reservation with 200 USD per ticket. I see that you also have rental car portion, you have the option to cancel with 15 USD cancellation fee if and only when the air portion of the package will be change or cancelled otherwise, it will remain non refundable and non cancellable; however, for the hotel portion it will remain non refundable and non changeable. The cruise line representative had advised that the refund was indeed issued back
to Mr. [redacted]'s [redacted] credit card ending in [redacted]. The refund will
take 5-7 business days for processing.

I am rejecting this response because: there are lots of complexity in that business that makes it look so fraudulent. Additional information or documents could be a personal I'd card, marriage certificate, letter of recommendation or identification from your work placeetc. A document like [redacted] should not be silent for any sincere travel arrangement. Then, when you're sure that the unsuspecting client is in your trap, you now sent a change of itinerary, in which case even if their trapped client decides to cancel, it will also attract a penalty. It's very unfortunate.. My final submission is that they remove one hundred dollars  being their cancellation fee and refund me my balance...  I most Sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences I've caused the Revdex.com. I am rejecting this response because:Priceline's Executive Office continues to lack the leadership to make ethical and fair decisions.  I will not accept anything other than a full refund of $102.97 from Priceline.  I've reached out to the [redacted] Hotel for some color on the issue (see attached email).  The hotel representative states they "did cancel the reservation and we are not seeking payment from them [Priceline]" and "the hotel did not bill Priceline for this reservation".  Revdex.com please help in fighting for my consumer rights as there is clear moral hazard on the part of Priceline.  The "Express Deals" industry needs more regulation because (1) the hotel cancelled and is not seeking payment (2) the consumer [me] never made use of the good/service and (3) Priceline is keeping the revenue and participating in moral hazard.

issues with this hotel reservation.   The [redacted]i Hotel (a Hilton property) incorrectly loaded a rate of $24 per night. The hotel stated that this rate was not correct and they are not honoring any reservations booked at this rate. As a result, all reservations booked at the incorrect rate cannot be fulfilled and the hotel is cancelling these reservations.  This issue was caused by the hotel and all bookings, regardless of where they were placed, will not be honored by the hotel.   As a gesture of goodwill, Priceline has sent customers an email advising them that their reservation have been cancelled. Additionally, Priceline has sent these customers a 15% coupon that can be applied on a future Hotel Express Deals reservation. Valid for 1 year ? expires April 1st, 2018.   Also, we can offer an additional $25 credit toward a future Disclosed Hotel reservation.
