 I have only one email address which I've already provided, and yes I did use my [redacted] login; my login is the same email address there. I never used any other login. I never authorized any charges, yet I have two charges on my credit card for 9.99 from 'Spotify USA'; one posted on 8/*/14 and the other on 7/*/14. both have as description this: ###-###-#### NY [redacted] US. I want you to explain this. I've had to cancel my credit card number and also have deactivated my [redacted] account out of fear my personal information has been compromised. I realize this would be nice if I simply created another account and am confused, but I did not and am not. I want an explanation for how this happened and what is going to be done to resolve this problem.

The representative at spotify is lying.  I engaged with business via email weeks ago about refunding the charge on my account.  After weeks of not conplying , spotify charged me again.  I emailed their company to cancel and was actively communicating with company to cancel and they charged me twice. They are committting fraud and are a comoany filled with thieves. REFUND MY MONEY!!!!! I CANCELED WITH THIS CRAP COMPANY AND THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME .

We've taken a look at this case and can confirm that we found an account that matched the details given by the customer. The subscription has been cancelled and those charges have been refunded, as of yesterday. The charges will take about 3-5days to return to the customer.
The card details have also been removed from our system.

my complaint has NOT been resolved because: the answer doesnot include a stop to charge my credit  card by Spotify,USA,  it should be done immediately, and the explanation assuming a "phishing" is not valid since the money was paid to Spotify,Inc of NY, if it is a "phishing " thing it should have been deposited to a different entity I WOULD  assume.
I have canceled my credit account with the issuer bank and I ask Spotify to stop billing my account and provide me with a valid telephone number that I can talk to a live person and not simply advise me in a recorded message to contact the web site Spotify.com. a  web site that require a registration, detailed personal questions, and opening an account. I do not wish to open an account.

We responded to [redacted] via our contact form on [redacted] June 2014.
[redacted] has two Spotify accounts, one which is free and one which is Premium, this is the reason [redacted] would see a free account but still be paying.
We have advised we can close...

one of the account so [redacted] would be left with just one account.
We still haven't received a reply from [redacted] in this case (no.[redacted]) and hope to resolve this matter once we have a reply.

Hi [redacted], are you needing me to copy and paste their email to you? Graham says he's a member of the "Executive Customer Service " team and that my email address of [redacted] isn't pulling anything up for them now. However, the last three reps I spoke too (prior to contacting the Revdex.com) was able to pull the account up. The last rep actually told me they we're canceling the account and then said no, they weren't able to cancel the account because of a hold on it, and then told me oh, your account has been hacked. So I'm not sure exactly what to believe, other than they are playing games and I don't appreciate it.  Sent from my iPhone
