Juan Ladino and his team came out to install a new heating & cooling system in my home The whole install team was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the install was done within the days that the sales team said it would be Juan explained to us everything that he was doing and whyHe also explained in detail how to use the new thermostat that was installed He didn't just assume that I was a technical personWe had an issue with the placement of our vent for the heater, and Juan made sure that the appropriate people were called to rectify the problem The duct team, specifically Gabriel and Ruben, were awesome as well! They worked diligently in a very hot and tight space to ensure we had the best airflow outcome I would highly recommend Service Champions to anyone that needs service on , or replacement of their heating and or cooling system!-

Steven arrived at my house a few minutes earlyRight from the beginning he was courteous and professionalHe conducted a through inspection and cleaning of my furnace When it was dis-assembled he ask me to join him so he could explain exactly what he was doing and also provide a report on the condition of all the parts of the furnaceOnce the furnace was re-assembled he went through the house and examined the ducting in the attic as well as all the vents and also ran the A/C unit to make sure it was properly workingWhen finished he took the time to again explain the work he had completed and made recommendations for future maintenanceI would highly recommend Steven and would also want him back to conduct future inspections and work

My father has been with Service Champions since and he actually referred us to the company in Service Champions installed a complete Heater & Air in our home and has remained our advisors to all related matters We recently remodeled our home with a room addition and reached out to Service Champions to complete the vent installation Eric Ascencio was our service advisor and arrived with a warm friendly smile, as well as, attitude He had a difficult job to access the small craw space on a very hot day, but still kept that positive, friendly spirit as he shared the pictures he took of the work that needed to be conducted with our approval He completed the work on a very timely basis, as well as, conducting our routine service on the unitsSince the new room addition was for my husband's new work space Eric suggested that he book a return visit to see if the vents in the office were to my husband's approvalLastly, Eric noticed that we had several pictures that needed to be hung and offered to assist me with that project too!
