I just want to thank Andrew S on the excellent service on my furnaceHe was very friendly and positive.I especially liked how he explained what he did in terms I could understandHe also gave me some helpful hints about my heating system that I could use in the future such as replacing my air filterI have had terrific service from the all the service people since I started with Service Champions

Steven arrived at my house a few minutes earlyRight from the beginning he was courteous and professionalHe conducted a through inspection and cleaning of my furnace When it was dis-assembled he ask me to join him so he could explain exactly what he was doing and also provide a report on the condition of all the parts of the furnaceOnce the furnace was re-assembled he went through the house and examined the ducting in the attic as well as all the vents and also ran the A/C unit to make sure it was properly workingWhen finished he took the time to again explain the work he had completed and made recommendations for future maintenanceI would highly recommend Steven and would also want him back to conduct future inspections and work
