I had Julian from Service Champions come out to service my air conditioning systemI found him to be very personable and did and excellent and complete job servicing my ACI will in the future use this company and this service tech to do my future service requirementsI highly recommend this company and this technician if you require AC service

Today, Service Champions H&AC performed a routine annual check on the one year old AC system they installed in my houseFollowing a heads up call from the dispatcher, Joe H and his assistant Michael arrived on time and were very professional and respectful in explaining the service that was to be performed and asked if there were any issues I'd them to look intoThey provided thorough explanations as they performed their work specifically about an issue I asked them to look at regarding reduced air flow in the third floor bedroomThe cause of the issue on the 3rd floor was identified to be due to old slightly leaking ducts in the atticI appreciate knowing about the issue and will consider repairsOverall, I am very satisfied with Service Champions

[redacted] and [redacted] were extremely professional, respectful and knowledgeableThey were on time and they also took the time to explain the coil replacement procedure with me; I knew exactly what to expect I was so impressed with their work ethic and their obvious concern with satisfaction One other outstanding element for my wife and I was their consideration for the cleanliness of our home once the job was done I also want to personally thank both [redacted] and [redacted] for their concern with the efficient operation of our air conditioning equipment as I am a Viet Nam veteran suffering with serious combat related PTSD and the overall noise of the condenser startup can be a problem for me, but the Service Champions Team took the time to tune up the system to ensure my equipment was running as efficiently as possible, even though they weren't scheduled to do so....THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Ryan came today for our biannual visit as members of the CHAMP Rewards program and, as it has always been our experience with Service Champions, he was a fantastic technicianHe was on time, very kind, very knowledgeable of his work, extremely thorough with the inspection/maintenance of our furnace, he explained to me everything he was checking for (I personally love this), and he left the area where he had been working cleaner than it was when he got hereAlso, I once again experienced the "good deeds for free" motto in action: the light bulbs of a fixture in one of our hallways had just died yesterday, so I apologized to Ryan for that area being darkHe asked me if I would like him to replace the light bulbs for me, and he did it! Guillermo Trujillo came to our home this week for our regularly scheduled maintenance service on our furnace. Guillermo is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and kept us apprised of all services rendered, with photos. As usual, Service Champions employees wear booties in your home and are very conscientious. We would definitely request Guillermo again.

Our Service Champion technician, Eric K,provided us with excellent service today. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very polite and carefully explained the condition of our heating unit and how he could make it operate more effectively. He worked quickly, yet efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. Eric provided the kind of service I always expect from Service Champions. Previous technicians from Service Champions have set a very high bar of service, but Eric K had no trouble rising to their excellent level of quality service. Thank you, Eric, for a job well done!

We received Excellent service from Miguel F On time, informative, pleasant to deal with Clean, thorough detailed service We wanted to understand the process so we stayed with him and asked questions Miguel readily answered question and showed us the testing Our air conditioner could only achieve degrees of cooling in the house We discussed expectations and options as he completed the service At the end he showed us the results, Air Conditioning back to the standard degrees of cooling Miguel presented their service plan but it was definitely not a high pressure sales We reviewed it on our own while he completed his service We were pleased enough with the service, and want to keep our system efficient, so we signed up for their Service Plan All in all one of the more pleasant services we have had for our house
