I decided to give these guys a try after receiving several mailers from them My air conditioner wasn't cooling enough, and I want to be ready for the summer Victor R arrived on time and immediately got to work on diagnosing the problem He cleaned the air conditioner, added freon, and even went into the attic to make sure all the ducts were working properly He spent a couple of hours at my house and only charged $ He recommended that I replace all the duct work, but wasn't too pushy to make the sale I will definitely think about getting the work done and call him He was pleasant, professional and very thorough

Steven arrived at my house a few minutes earlyRight from the beginning he was courteous and professionalHe conducted a through inspection and cleaning of my furnace When it was dis-assembled he ask me to join him so he could explain exactly what he was doing and also provide a report on the condition of all the parts of the furnaceOnce the furnace was re-assembled he went through the house and examined the ducting in the attic as well as all the vents and also ran the A/C unit to make sure it was properly workingWhen finished he took the time to again explain the work he had completed and made recommendations for future maintenanceI would highly recommend Steven and would also want him back to conduct future inspections and work

Aug 31, air-conditioner stopped cooling, contacted service champions, scheduled me for repair tomorrow with time window between 7-p.m Lim Pang arrived a little before 10, (very busy schedule due to heat wave), fixed problem in minutes VERY professional, polite, & skilled man This man still had more repair stops to make...............such dedication!!!!
