I had *** train visit me today and he did a good job carrying out the work on the service call.I only wish that it seems when ever the technicians call at my home there is usually A reason for me to spend more money despite me having a complete new unit installed on their recommendation

Yesterday we had service done by Jorge Almazan He was very professional, explained everything to us, and installed an air purifier and new thermostat in our home We got great service! We've been happy with Service Champions for many years now

I will admit, the price was a big higher than was expected However, the idea of "you get what you pay for" is proven with this company My father was seriously burned in the past with low bids that do a mediocre job requiring other companies to finish a job that either was done poorly, or just purposely done badly so that we had to "fix other things" He is a year old immigrant who values hard work, and he was seriously impressed with the company and the people who completed the job The AC installers (Juan L & Jose F) went above and beyond what was expected Even our initial meeting with Lito was impressive who clearly saw my father's trepidation and was extremely patient through the clear and present negative suspicion They were extremely polite and according to my father, was very impressed with their level of service and diligence They were here for here working for hours straight until 6PM in the extreme heat and humidity and couldn't have been more professional and hard working My father wanted to make sure that I went online to leave a 5-star review So glad that this experience was great since I was the one who pushed him to go with this company It's awesome to not have egg on my facehaha

Good Experience Andy arrived promptly as scheduledAndy explained what he would be doing during his maintenance of our heating system in layman wording, avoiding tech jargon best as he could We discussed how to upgrade the filters we were using to get better performance He identified a health hazard with the exhaust venting as leaking carbon monoxide into the attic area He fixed that for usThanks Andy !

Lim Pang arrived a little before 10, (very busy schedule due to heat wave), fixed problem in minutes VERY professional, polite, & skilled man This man still had more repair stops to make...............such dedication!!!!
