Brian P [redacted] provided an annual furnace tune up and did an excellent job He explained what he was going to do first and was very courteous, neat, and knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone needing furnace or AC service

Service Champions came out to perform the annual maintenance check on my furnaceThey were supposed to come a few days ago but their technician got hung up at another jobThey gladly made room for me a few days later even though their dispatcher said they were booked until December [redacted] *was very knowledgable and professionalI'm glad I chose them

James N from Service Champions did a fabulous job in servicing my ac unit and furnace today I have had several other companies come out in the past but none compares to JamesI would recommend him to anyone looking for service or a new unit I signed up for the yearly service program based on James He went above and beyond and taught me a lot about the unit, materials and service He even fixed a few additional things that he saw needed fixed with the entire system Good for all of us to know Thanks again James for everything

Our technician was David O*** He did a great job and very knowledgeable Took the time to explain everything to us Took care of our air conditioner problem and did not just rush through the job He even went looking for a part we needed so we could have the air conditioner working tonight which is ht and muggy [redacted] **

Agent [redacted] performed required service---routine check and service A/C system in house---expertly and efficiently He also performed "above and beyond the call of duty" by calling attention to other repairs which needed attention, some of which were not strictly any part of "his job" He was very polite, very friendly, very considerate, and inspired good confidence in me

My 50+ yrold [redacted] A/C wouldn't turn on so I contacted Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning to come out to check it out on Tuesday, 10/13/ [redacted] came out & in about 15-min.'s he was able to determine that I had a leak in the freon line somewhere & that all the freon had leaked out so the automatic pressure switch had disabled the power to keep it from burning up Aaron mentioned several options & costs to repair it but I opted to replace the entire unit since it was over 50+ yrsold & trying to get parts would probably not be possible He didn't try to pressure me to get a new unit, but he just provided me with my technical options if I wanted to repair it When I opted to get a quote for a new one, then he contacted his dispatcher to get a technical sales technician & not just a sales person to make an appointment with me His technical knowledge, professionalism, & friendliness was excellent & I would definitely recommend him to anyone

Jorge C conducted my annual service check today He was on time and very friendly and helpful He appeared to be very well qualified and took the time to show me the parts that were in very good order He also pointed out one part that may need replacement in the futureI recommend him as a great representative of Service Champions I signed a contract several years ago to sign up for lifetime annual checks of my heating system and I am so pleased with the service It is nice to have the company come once a year and clean and check the heater, rather than calling in a crisis This is an EXCELLENT company!
