We did speak to the customer, we have approved the policy maximum reimbursement for this claim as stated in the policy.

The customer placed a claim for a leaking Water Heater, they still have hot water but the unit is still leaking.See Below:6.2.7. Water Heater. This Agreement covers all modules, components and parts of the water heater necessary to the functionality of the water heater.This Agreement does NOT...

cover solar or tankless water heating systems or the components thereof. This Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the water heating system:(i) flues; (ii) drain piping; (iii) pressure reducing valve; (iv) leaks(v)pumps As long as the unit is working and only leaking we are not required to send someone to the home.The customer would have to get their own local technician and if they find it is a mechanical malfunction, call us and let us know, but just a leak and the unit is still functioning is not a warranty issue.

The customer purchased the policy on 06/16/2014, and placeda claim for an electrical problem before the policy went into effect.  On 7/30/2014 the customer place a claim for anoutlet in the master bathroom, and stated that he already had it repaired. Weadvised the customer to send in the invoice for review and to start thereimbursement process, he stated that he did not have the invoice and cannotreach the technician that came to his home. On 8/18/2014 the customer did sendin the invoice for review and the total repair was 80.00 we calculated thereimbursement to be 35.00.The customer placed a claim for his dishwasher on08/26/2014, stated that it is not draining properly, on 08/27/2014 the customercontacted Select Home Warranty to state that there was a bottle stuck in the appliancethat prevented it from draining, no need for us to send out a technician.The customer sent in his receipt for the purchase of theGarage Door Opener, he was approved for a 100.00 reimbursement, we did send theform to the customer and receive it back on 03/29/2015, on the bottom of the formit does state that to please allow up to 30 days to receive the reimbursement,the customer requested to cancel on 04/07/2015. Our Terms of Agreement clearly state that once you have the policy overthe initial 30 days, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund.  The customer has had coverage with SelectHome Warranty since 06/2014 and is not entitled to a full refund.  We approved 100.00 on a 171.83 invoice andthe customer wanted to cancel 8 days after signing the reimbursement agreement.Select Home Warranty has fulfilled its contractualobligation to the customer for each of the claims, we do apologize that thecustomer feels that we have not.  The customeris not entitled to a full refund at this time and has been issued a pro-ratedrefund per the Terms of Agreement that they reviewed, and signed that theyagree to set terms.

Customer has been contacted and explained the full policy terms and conditions. The customer was explained in detail regarding her claim. Customer is in agreement.

I am rejecting this response because: Ive wasted enough time money and...

energy on this issue already. Everytime I call SHW, I  get the run around or a bad sales pitch. When I made the final call to them last year I was told it would be no problem to get a refund for  the remaining months.  Yet here we are.

I am rejecting this response because: They promised me the $200.  That was a partial payment for the service that was not completely covered.  That company can't keep their word at all.

The customer has disputed with their credit card company and has received a full refund.

We spoke to the customer and we as a good will we gave her a full refund. Her card has been refunded in full.

Select Home Warranty had already issued a refund directly back to the customers credit card on 08/26/2015, the customer called in on 8/28/2015 to get policy reinstated, we advised that due to cancellation of the policy we could not accommodate the customer at that time.

The customers policy is currently expired however we will dispatch for this claim.

I am rejecting this response because:  The unit did not need to...

be replaced because of a Freon issue. Select Home Warranty diagnosed the issue via telephone, failing to send a contractor out to my residence to properly diagnose the issue. There is no possible was that the A/C unit could be properly diagnosed over the phone! Select Home Warranty failed to do what they were contracted to do. If I had a contract with Select Home Warranty for covering the needs of my home, why didn't they send out a contractor to do so. My warranty covered my A/C unit and was still active at the time I initially contacted Select Home Warranty. It was okay for them to take my money to cover a warranty but fail to send anyone regarding this issue. The fact of the matter is Select Home Warranty failed to do its job and perform the procedure the correct way and I'm stuck with replacing my unit on my own as well as paying for a warranty that wasn't used. It's unfair and company is taking taking advantage!!

The customer was credited 193.50, directly to their credit card and we advised that per the Terms of Agreement we issued a pr-rated refund.The customer has placed claims in the past that Select Home Warranty has taken care of, therefore will not be issued a full refund

We did speak with the customer. We are sending another technician to the customers home and we are waiving the deductible.

We did speak to the customer and we are sending a full refund with a check.

Select Home Warranty has mailed out the reimbursement check to the customer at this time.

We spoke with the customer. His pool issue was not covered under the policy. We have approved him for a $100 good will reimbursement towards his claim.

The customer has been given a full refund back to card ending [redacted].  three refund payment were processed on 6/21 and one was processed on 6/22.

I am rejecting this response because: I did make A claim via telephone when I called again the person on the phone fond where I filed the original claim very convenient that they are saying I never filed a claim any time I got anyone out to perform ant service I had to find them myself because their provideds would never call to schedule or return calls. This would not fulfill contract when I paid upfront for them to dispatch servise providers.
