issued for this claim we will  have it mailed out right away. With regards to claim #[redacted]. the claims manager advised that we would normally not reimburse the customer for this particular claim, however, the did approve a reimbursement in the amount of $44 which is $89 (service call fee) - $45 (customers deductible which would have been their responsibility regardless of the technician assigned) =$44. This is the maximum approved allowance. A reimbursement form has been sent to the customer for signature. Please electronically sign and submit so that we may have this check submitted for processing as well. No additional funds due at this time.

I am rejecting this response because:  I was not told to get my own tech to repair the AC unit, It took me  3 hrs yesterday and 5 e mails just to talk with someone,  I was told if I could find someone to fix it have them call Select to neg a price on repairs,  I have my own tech fixing the AC as we speck and I will be forarding them the bill for the repairs and replacement parts. All I am asking is they pay for the cost to me for the repairs since they are unable to  locate anyone to fix it.

Selct Home Warranty has refunded the customer 60.00 transaction ID# 6[redacted] - as of 2/9/2015.We now consider this matter closed and really would have liked to assist the customer further.

We did speak to the customer and have sent a reimbursement check.

A $75 cancellation fee will be charged and any service costs incurred by Select Home Warranty.  The breakdown is as follows.Used 1 Month @ $45 per Month = $45; Add Cancellation Fee of $75 = $120 ; Also Less Claims Paid/Owed of $37 ; Subtracted from original payment of $414.99; Totals a Refund of $258.

The customers maximum allowance on this claims stands firm at $150.

The customer has been refunded in full.

Yes they did refund me some of my payment, but it was too small they are charging me for the...

contractor that I already paid $45 to him when he came to my house and they are also charging me $75 for a cancellation fee that should only be $50 in Illinois. Also they are charging me 1 month of service when I only had the service in force for 7 days. Yes I did dispute it with my credit card company because I was getting nowhere with the company. My total refund should be the what I paid $475 minus the $50 cancellation fee minus the 7 days of service for $9.11 which equals $415.89 so they are short the refund by $153.74. That amount is due to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I called in and submitted new card info in December. Information was taken. When service was needed, Company claim service lapsed.
Company made a mistake. So I have to pay for the company mistake.

We have just received the customers reimbursement form on 9/8 , usually it takes 30 days for the check to arrive to the customer we will expedite this and send it out right away.

This companion is not from a customer of our. This is a technician that did work without getting authorization from select. We do not owe them any money.

We are currently working on obtaining a contractor for this customer. Someone from our office will be in touch with them. The customer was offered the option to secure their own technician as it was taking a bit of time to find the customer one. The customer refused that option at that time.
