We have refunded in full the credit card on file.

Unfortunately, once the payments lapse there is nothing we can do with approvals or claims review unless the customer becomes current.

issue worse.  Causing me to spend an extra $120 to get the job done right.  I cancelled the contract after numerous attempts to speak with someone to resolve the matter.  They were very rude, everyone I spoke with and no one seemed to care that the plumber whom they sent out flooded my living room and made the matter worse..  i want $180 back of which I’ve already received $80.

I received that email reference the refund.  However the problem with the resolution was that they credited the amount back to the original owner of the policy when it should if gone to me. I purchased this home with a transfer of that warranty signed into my name. The company knew this. And yet they chose to send the refund to the credit card on file which was not mine. So we are back to feeling screwed. When will they learn.

I am rejecting this response because: I received 50.00 cancelation fee refund but I still didn't receive the check of 19.00 refund for the premium I paid. Also I sent invoice for the AC repair on 4/14/16  as per their contract if they denial repairs for maintance issues I should get 150.00. Didn't receive any response as of yet.

We did approve the customer for the max amount available for issues such as he had. He was not happy with this so as a good will we issued a full refund to the customer. His card has already been credited.

The customer has filed a dispute with their credit card company. At this point in time there is nothing we can do until the credit card company makes their final determination. The customers account has been placed on hold and any outstanding checks cannot be mailed or re-mailed until the banks determination is complete.

We did speak with the customer and we have already approved her for the policy maximum. We are in touch with the customer to try to help them a little more with this claim.

We have issued a refund for the customer, the refund request was placed on 9/30/2014 and we have refunded 303.00 as of 10/19/2014 to the customers' credit card.

Free months are provided at the end of the term of service. Since the customer cancelled their contract early all incentives are forfeited (free months). The customers account has already been cancelled. No additional funds due at this time.

The customer placed and ac claim and the diagnosis was it needed freon. This type of repair is not a covered repair. Please see section 6.3.6 of the terms. This Agreement does NOT cover window, wall or zone systems or portable air conditioning units. This Agreement does NOT cover (i) air...

filters; (ii) Freon; (iii) Freon recapture; (iv) geothermal systems; (v) gas or propane air condition systems; (vi) air filtration systems; (vii) humidifiers; (viii) registers; (ix) grills; (x) stands; (xi) jacks; (xii) condenser casings; (xiii) pads; (xiv) vents; (xv) flues; (xvi) clogged lines; (xvii) condensation leaks; (xviii) mismatched systems; (xix) damaged ducts; (xx) improper wiring; and (xxi) improper piping;(xxii)freon leaks;(xxiii)damage caused by freon leak. The customer is not entitled to a full refund. They may cancel for a pro rated refund. We will waive the cancellation fee.

The customer disputed the charges with the credit card company and received a full refund. Since they got all of their money back we are no longer able to service this customer.

We did speak with the customer. The customer will obtain a second opinion. We will review the second opinion and cover whatever is covered under the terms of the policy.

The $75 refund check to the customer is being printed today and will go out ASAP.

Select Home Warranty received the request for cancellation on 07/16/2015 and had already processed the refund on 08/18/2015.

I cancel my service agreement on Wednesday July 5th because I never got any service. I need an entire refund of $400.00 plus the...

The csutomer was approved for the policy maximum for the claim they placed. They were not happy with this. We have already waived the $75 cancellation  fee for them. There is nothing more we can do at this time.

Please refer to section 4 of the customers previously attached signed contract: 4. Term. The term of Your warranty coverage, as set forth in this Agreement, shall begin Thirty (30) DAYS following Select's receipt of all outstanding payments and premiums due to Select are received by Select ("Effective Date") please add an additional 5 days for credit/debit card payments. In the event Select does not receive all outstanding payments and/or premiums outstanding and/or signed contract, for any reason, Your warranty coverage term will not begin. Your warranty coverage will begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect for one (1) calendar year following the Billing Date ("Termination Date"). Coverage waiting period may be expedited with proof of prior coverage's expiration date provided there was no lapse in coverage. Its clearly stated on their warranty that there is an additional 5 day waiting period for credit/debit card payments.
