I am rejecting this response because: Even if the mentioned clause really says what the company claims, I am still entitled to 4 months refund at $41.67 per month by their own admssion. How is 4 time $41.67 equal to $41.68?

Full refunds are issued within the first 30 days of purchase. Since the customer requested to cancel their warranty in November they were no longer eligible to receive a full refund. The customer has already been refunded their last months installment. No additional funds due at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel in my opinion, that the company should have determined where leak is coming and repair the unit. If unit was unrepairable pay for it. Also, I have been without air since I filed the claim.

According to all the notes in our system and customers contract there was no notation of a cancellation fee ever being waived. As a courtesy I did however waive that fee for the customer. The $75 will not be deducted from their refund.

Mr. [redacted] spoke with the customer this morning and we will be sending a technician out to the customer for their claim. The customer agreed. A technician will be in touch with the customer shortly to schedule an appointment.
The customer purchased a warranty plan on 06/30/2014. The customeroriginally placed claim on 8/4/2014, at the time the policy was not effectiveby a few days. We stated though thepolicy is shy of effective date by two days we would secure a technician toservice the dishwasher. We sent our...
contractorout and the diagnosis was that the unit was leaking and needs a new motor assembly. Our technician was having an issue withlocating the part that was needed as it was not available.The customer did get the repair done on her own, we advisedher to send the invoice for review and we would assist in any way that wecan. We received the invoice and didprocess it for reimbursement.The check for payment of 94.84 was mailed to the customer on10/14/2014, we received a call from the customer stating that the address thatwe have had on file was not the correct address. The customer does have a responsibility to updateus with that information.Select Home Warranty has mailed out a check for the customer,and we advised the customer that we will verify if the check has been cashed,and see if it is returned to us in the mail, we will re-issue once we have theinformation we need. The customer statedthat they cannot go over to the home which was the original billing addressbecause of personal issues to ask for the check or see if it has been received.The customer has requested for her policy to be cancelled asof 11/13/2014, that request is currently being processed. We ask that the customergive us some time to fulfill this request as we originally asked on 11/11/2014. The customer is more than welcome tocontact us at any time for any additional questions.

We have reached out the customer numerous time and we have not heard back. The customer may call Mr [redacted] at ###-###-#### for help with this issue.
The customer has been refunded back to the credit card on file.
We did send the customer a reimbursement for to fill out, we never received iy back however we have refunded the $30 back to the customers credit card
THe customer has already received and signed their reimbursement form accepting the $150 reimbursement towards their heating claim. The customers reimbursement check is currently being processed. As soon as their reimbursement check is issued it will be mailed out. No additional funds due at this...

We did speak to the customer and offer to get a tech out by Monday . They opted to cancel. We will waive any cancellation fees. They will be getting a refund by check. Please allow 14-30 days to arrive

We have waived the cancellation fee for the customer giving them more of a refund. We have gone above the policy terms for the customer.
