We have already gone above the policy terms and have processed a full refund for the customer. There is nothing more we can do at this time.

Mr. [redacted] spoke with the customer in our office and they were informed of the cap on their warranty with lack of maintenance. We increased the customers cap to $200 on their warranty and we are currently awaiting their decision.

before this company gives you the run around. I do not want their offer of the 150.00 check. It was only offered after the Revdex.com got involved. I do not trust this company they have lied to me numerous of times. After my first initial call on Sept 23 thru Oct 12 which was 18 days of calling over and over trying to get this issue repaired with not respond. Yes they did approved the job on Oct 12, but they still did not give the technical the order to do the job. THEY PLAY GAMES, IF IT WASN'T FOR Revdex.com THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME. DON'T WANT THEIR CHECK AND SINCE THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB I DESERVE MY REFUND.

I am rejecting this response because:1. There was no system or pressure test done on the Freon system to determine if the Freon was actually low or caused the compressor to ground out. When asked the contractor he said he didn't need too and the Warranty company stated it was the contractors professional opinion it was a Freon leak. I don't know how you know that Freon caused the problem if you don't test the system.2. I had a second opinion come out and he stated that while the compressor was ground out that he would not be able to determine it was due to Freon. He felt the A/C system went out due to age.3. It's very interesting to me that the Warranty company's contractor wrote up the report in such a way that it would not be under warranty. Using key words and phrases from the warranty contract of items not covered.

We did send a $300 check to the customer. We have confirmed that they have received it.
The customer does not have sufficient maintenance records, therefore he customer is only eligible for the cap of 250.00 as per the Terms of Agreement, we did reply to the customers' lawyer letter with this information already.

reason for this refund. I asked repeatedly to speak to someone from the company and continued to get the run around. The three people I spoke with could not or refused to answer any questions. This has been so stressful. No one should be treated this way. When I pay for over three years coverage and only get a minuscule refund after less than a year of so called coverage.

The customer was informed that the original policy was purchased by another customer and it was transferred to them when they purchased the home, we are unable to refund the money as it was paid for by the original home owner.
