  I received a email confirmation stating the contract refund was processed on 31 October 2014.

We did speak with the customer ans helped with the dispatch.

This customers claim has been denied. No additional funds due at this time.

The customer has been issued a full refund on their policy that they paid for in January back in May. This customer no longer has an active account with us. No additional funds are due at this time.

have told the home warranty company, [redacted] is not repairing the appliance because out if warranty many times, they are fighting me in this because they don't want to pay up.  Again [redacted] was contacted and they will not pay for the fix because the part that broke is under 1-2 year warranty,  I don't understand why my home warranty company is putting me thru the ringer,  their own person said they would do this because they don't want to pay out the washer.  I want either them to fix my machine, or a full refund of the policy I purchased and will go with a different home warranty company,  never did I have a problem with 2-10 home warranty but he company where I'm at now had a sneaky sales person who up talked the company, and I'm not a happy consumer.  I want either my machine fixed, or a pay out of the machine so I can go buy a machine, or they company can write me off and give me a full refund of what I paid for their policy,

The customer isNOT due a full refund. He was given a pro rated refund according to the policy terms and we waived the cancellation fee.

The customers ac system was shorted to ground which is an electrical failure of the ac system. This type of ac issue in not covered under the policy terms. The customer requested to cancel and has been refunded in full back to the credit card he used to pay for the policy. Please see section 9.1.2...

of the policy on electrical failures. "This policy covers mechanical breakdowns, it does not cover shelves, door handles, doors, hinges, knobs and buttons, door seals, displays, latches, timers, leveling equipment, clogged drains or lines, cosmetic issues, gaskets, leak searches, lights, noise, refrigerants, valves, dispensers, installation, electrical failures."

The customer has already been sent a refund check according to the policy terms. Here is the breakdown. Used 11 Months @ $41.67 per Month = $458.33; Add Cancellation Fee of $75 = $533.33 ; Also Less Claims Paid/Owed of $105 ; Subtracted from original payment of $699.99; Totals a Refund of...

$61.67. This has been calculated according to the terms. Please see cancellation policy 13.2. Cancellation by You. You may cancel this Agreement within thirty (30) days from the Order Date of this Agreement, as set forth on the schedule page accompanying this Agreement. In the event you cancel within the thirty (30) day period, the You shall be entitled to a full refund if and only if, no service has been provided under the contract. After the thirtieth day, you may receive a refund pro-rated at the non-discounted annual plan cost. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged and any service costs incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The customer has been informed on July 14th that we are working on hiring another technician for their claim as the first technician has not provided us with an initial diagnosis. The customer has been informed that their service fee was waived for the new technician that will be going out to them...

to diagnose the issue. If the customer wishes to cancel their contract we can proceed with cancelling their contract per section 13.2 of their warranty. Please let us know so that we may proceed accordingly.

The customer has spoken with Mr. [redacted] on 6/15/17 and was offered the $200 reimbursement which the customer accepted by signing the reimbursement form the same day. A check has already been issued check #[redacted] which has been mailed out.

The customer has been informed on several occasions that the current maximum allowance on their claim can be $150. If the customer can provide 3 years maintenance records we can re-review their claim for a higher allowance on the claim.

The customer has already requested cancellation and a pro rated refund check has been processed.

We have already refunded thec tuomer according to the policy terms. We did reach out to the customer and did waive the cancellation fee.

This customer has been reimbursed $350 for this years warranty coverage. We no longer service the area therefore, they received a full refund for their 2nd year policy which is $350

Select Home Warranty is currently looking into the customers refund and will contact the customer with a resolve.
