I am rejecting this response because: I have called after the 30 day window for my return to be...
processed and the vendor told me "we sent the check". However, it has yet to be reciev d and their isn't any tracking info. Iv asked for tracking info to verify delivery and have been refused. Again...this is AFTER the 30 day window of when I should have received my refund per the contract.

The customers reimbursement check was never mailed out as the customer had an open balance with us for their premiums. The customer had a balance of $200 left to pay which was never collected since they renewed their contract. Therefore, any reimbursement payments due get applied towards any outstanding balances. If the customer wishes to proceed with cancelling their services we can go ahead and process their request. Please confirm if you wish to cancel your services. No additional funds due at this time.
The customer has been informed that the maximum approved allowance for their microwave claim is $95.

Select Home Warranty has refunded the customers' credit card directly
The customer had an issue with the sealed system portion of the refrigerator. This is not a covered issue . Please see section 6.2.1 of the terms.This Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the refrigerator: (i) ice makers; (ii) ice crushers; (iii)...
beverage dispensers; (iv) freezer parts and components which are not essential to the refrigerator unit as a whole(v)freon(vi)freon leaks;(viii)damage caused by freon leak(ix)leaks(x)sealed system.We did however approved $125 towards the claim as a good will. We have gone above the policy terms for this policy holder.
We did speak with the customer and have approved them for the policy limit.

The customer has already been informed that the maximum allowance on their claim is $150 as they are unable to provide us with maintenance records. If the customer can provide us with the requested documents we can review their claim for an additional allowance.
We spoke with the customer and re-explained the reimbursement agreement.

I have read your mail.The information select home warranty has provided to you are false and you need to ask for proof. I have cooperated with them fully- they do not respond-Please open my account and add these notes to my file.
With respects to the customers claim they were approved for the repairs. Authorization was issued for the first toilet on 8/11/17 and then we were informed that there were two issues and the second toilet again has been approved on 8/14/17. Since they are two separate issues the customer is...

I am having another issue now with them now in regards to getting my air conditioner repaired and not gotten a response. I was told earlier that I could contact another agency by you, do I still have that option ? I am also informing you that I am requesting them to go through arbitration per their company policy and that I am not satisfied , it seems to me that you are telling me that they are not willing to honor my contract with them and I feel that this company is involved in deceptive business practices and I do want to take it to the next level.

I am rejecting this response because: This company is not truthful. According to MR [redacted], I am SUPPOSED to get back $100 of the total paid, as they are standing by their claim that they never told their own repair company that they hired, they would offer me a cash buyout. Because of this the repair company did not replace the heating element. This is the only time I have ever used this Home Warranty and I have had this service contract since last July. Please beware of this company....Because I told Mr [redacted] I would take this further if this company did not do the right thing, he told me I was threatening him. (twice!). I have confirmed with the repair company that was hired by Select, that they were told not to continue the repair, that SHW was offering a cash buyout. I still want my total price paid to them returned to me. ($399).

The customer has been mailed their $75 reimbursement for their washing machine claim and a $75 reimbursement for the garbage disposal claim. The total check amount is for $150 check #[redacted]. The check has been mailed out to the customer on 3/10/17.
