Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] complaint in regards to her dryer Our system shows the agent assigned to the case made several attempts to contact Mrs [redacted] by phone but have been unsuccessful in reaching her The agent left voice messages providing Mrs [redacted] with their contact information to return the call for further assistance On 9/07/17, the agent sent Mrs [redacted] an email advising to return the call or reply to the email for assistance with her claim To date, the agent has not heard back from Mrs [redacted] to be able to discuss the complaint Please have Mrs [redacted] return the agents’ call or reply to the email at her earliest convenience if she still needs assistance with her claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The [redacted] Cooperate headquarters only keeps records of purchases for months I called them and that was what they said unlike what the Samsung representative told me she said they keep it years I gave them proof of purchase if they don't accept that then they can replace my Range or find someone to fix it Regards, [redacted]
