[I was contacted by Prizelogic and I did receive the Samsung Gear VR and the free Oculus ContentWhen I submitted my complaint, I did not think it would be resolved or that anything would happen, but Samsung did make it right, and I really appreciate thatThank you for your help!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again, you stated a few responses ago that you would exchange knobsI will not accept any response until this is completeThis is going in a circleYes you emailed me a egift certificate which I have not usedI don't see how that is relevant to your response with an exchange and case numberWhy will you not do what you said to the Revdex.com? Samsung spoke with Mrs [redacted] and advised we can actually process the claim without the stickers (needed for claim) for the units that was disposed of/hauled away Samsung informed Mrs [redacted] she would need to write a note on the top of the form stating the units were disposed of before she was able to remove the stickers in order for the claim to be submitted in the system We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Upon further review of Mrs***s’ concerns we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this issue has caused Samsung along with the US [redacted] has offered the following two options in regards to the recalled washing machine - The first option is a free in-home repair that includes reinforcement of the washer's topConsumers who choose the in-home repair will receive a free one-year extension of the manufacturer's warranty, regardless of the age of their washer- The second option is a rebate that can be applied towards the purchase of a new washer from Samsung or other brandConsumers who choose this option will also be reimbursed for any installation and removal fees charged by the retailerThe rebate amount is based on the model and manufacture date of the recalled washerConsumers who choose a Samsung washer will receive an additional loyalty incentive up to $toward their new Samsung washer purchase We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case For further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at [redacted] between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday and refer to claim# [redacted] Thank you

I received the replacement dryer from SamsungI would like clarification that they will honor a new manufacturer warranty starting on November 14, 2015, which is when I received the dryer [redacted]

I hope all is well The day after I filed the complaint the company shipped my order, which is the resolution I wanted I consider the issue completely resolved Thanks very much
