Samsung tries to accommodate our consumers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review We know it is frustrating for any product to fail, whether in-or-out of warranty and we certainly never like to hear of any of our products failing at any ageHowever in Mr [redacted] ’s case, he purchased an international phone through [redacted] International phones are not covered by US warranty for service and as previously advised, Samsung would refer consumers with international phones back to the reseller ( [redacted] ) for service No accommodation will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

I am rejecting this response because: This is entirely falseSamsung did in fact have record of my repairsBefore I filed a claim with the Revdex.com it was Samsung who reminded me of the contractor who performed the repairSamsung did a recall on the defective part due to legal threats to their businessThey then replaced the defective, inferior capacitors with either the same or low quality partThey effectively put a band aid on a gaping wound to avoid ownership of their mistakeTheir report is a complete lie--I will look for the repair paperwork and provide to the Revdex.com as proof

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only solutions Samsung is interested in offering is a sub par repair that does not fix the true issue, only changes cycles so my washer will not work as intended and reinforcing the lidMy washer has had vibration issues on the NON bedding cycles, so the drum and rpm's which are the real issue here are not being addressed on washer or the millions of others that are being recalled I still do not understand how it is legal for them to offer this or a highly discounted rebate Regards, [redacted]
