I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is better than nothing. I do fear that Samsung will continue their advertising and/or negligent planning practices in the future. There's little for them to lose and a lot of money to gain. It took me months of correspondence to get less than what they initially offered. I would like to suggest that the Revdex.com make it easier to file a complaint against Samsung's mobile division, as they hide well amongst so many different Samsung companies on the Revdex.com website. It was difficult to find the correct one to file a complaint against.I have yet to receive the $certificate that Samsung stated I'd receive between Oct16th and Oct25th. I have a feeling they're holding it in exchange for this acceptance. I submit this acceptance in faith that they will actually follow through on their latest offer

Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ claim in regards to his washer. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim attempted to speak with Mr*** on 6/16/to discuss the claim but upon giving the outbound disclosure, he told the agent that he did not want to be recorded. Mr***

Samsung has reviewed Ms***’ claim in regards to a refund for her dishwasher. Our system shows a refund in the amount of $749.99; reference Txt# *** was submitted for the unit. A Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was sent to Ms***email on file on 6/06/with
the acceptance document attached along with instructions that are required to proceed with the refund. Once Ms*** sends back the acceptance document, the Refund Deptwill be able to process the refund for the unit.
