I am rejecting this response because:
I was contacted by email from Samsung on August 24. I responded to the email with as much detail as I could on August and also left a voice mail. I sent a follow up email on August and another follow up email on September 7. I left multiple voice mails and still have not made any progress on this claim. Please see attached email

Samsung tries to accommodate our customers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review. However in Mr*** case, our system shows that Mrs*** was advised to hold on to the unit until further instructed to which she agreed. By Mr*** own admission in his initial complaint, the unit was disposed of/removed by Home Depot The Refund Deptrequested a copy of the disposal letter from Home Depot in order to complete the refund process. Up to date, Mror Mrs*** still have not been able to provide a disposal letter from Home Depot showing it was disposed of through them. As previously advised, in order to proceed with the refund a disposal letter from Home Depot is required. Unfortunately without the disposal letter, no accommodations can be provided for this claim. Please have Mror Mrs*** submit the disposal letter at their earliest convenience in order for the refund to be processed in a timely manner. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Samsung has offered no restitution in this matterThe product was advertised as "able to withstand a fall from less than or equal to feet." There is a major quality issue with this product, or the claim is patently false

I am rejecting this response because: This complaint was for the reason that they are falsely advertising that they support and stream HBO NOWI already talked with one of their technicians who told me just thatI have already returned the TV and have purchased another brand so I no longer need their assistance, I just want to make sure they understand they are falsely advertising something they do not doI do still have a copy of the discussion with the Samsung technician if needed

Samsung has reviewed Ms*** complaint in regards to her washer. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Ms*** on 10/04/and advised her that unfortunately Samsung does not compensate for gas, time or trips to the laundry mat. Regrettably,

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to Samsung yesterday and because we have "provided them with all necessary documents" we should expect to hear from Lowe's in 3-days providing a credit to us to purchase another washer. I'm not going to hold my breath

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his phone. Our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with Mr*** on 6/16/and advised him that the device he sent in for repair was determined to have been rooted which automatically voids Samsung’ warranty.
