I am rejecting this response because:
I did sent my phone back to Samsung repair center, as of today March it's still in repair and I don't know if I will continue having this problem with the phone.Why don't they just replace it with a new devise? Is it right for me to go trough this kind of problem? I bought brand new phone!

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his television. Our system shows Mr*** unit was set up for a review to see if it would be deemed defective. The agent that handled his claim spoke with him on 4/24/to advise that Samsung Tech Support determined that the unit
was working as designedThe agent informed Mr*** that based on this determination Samsung would not be able to offer a refund for the unit. Mr*** informed the agent he has filed with the Attorney General and will move forward with a small claimThe agent offered to have a 2nd opinion with a different service center however Mr*** stated he did not see why it is necessary and ended the call because he was at work. I did accept a free of charge repair as you stated in your Revdex.com response however I have not been reimbursed for the $diagnostic fee yet. The free of charge repair also includes the diagnostic fee I was manipulated into paying your technician. Once my dishwasher has been repaired and I have been refunded that diagnostic fee I will consider this matter resolved. A free of charge repair by definition means that there are NO charges. Please do not be manipulative again and dissect the total cost of this repair into several different parts and then pick and choose which parts of the cost you can and can not get away with paying. You are better than that!

*** *** I continue to contact them via Email as this is the only way to receive a documented response.They continue to NOT want to provide me a refund until their defunct device is returned, which I have advised themto personally retrieve it at their leisure Their solutions for shipping does not work in *** nor have they providea doable solution to shipping companies In lieu of the fact the devices are defunct and not workable and need to be destroyed I do not UNDERSTAND why my refund is not actioned They have my Money for a device they are trying to kill

is unacceptable especially considering they lied,and stonewalled me for days

I am rejecting this response because:The developed cracks were not the results of any abuse and there was nothing dropped on the over glass topThe glass top material simply failed during usage.Attached is the picture which I also provided to SamsungYou can see from the picture that there was no damage due to dropping off anything.Yes cracks are physical damage but that is what the warranty of Glass topThere is nothing else to cover under years glass top warrantyIf there were any burner issues they would not be covered for more than months warranty. Thanks
I am rejecting this response because:Being that the television was manufactured with a "defective/inferior" capacitor, I feel that Samsung should replace this part in the interest of customer satisfaction and what is morally correct and not standing behind their "legal requirements."
