Samsung has contacted Samsung Pay regarding the customer’s concerns. As per Samsung Pay, the email address [redacted] is not found in our systems as being a valid Samsung Account ID. Please ask the customer to open Apps > Settings > Accounts > Samsung Account and verify the email address displayed. We still have an account tied to the [redacted] address. Does the customer still have access to this account?
Please clarify that we are not the retailer, and that we purchase the card for delivery to the consumer. We will issue a replacement card in good faith, but we need the correct Samsung Account ID to be able to deliver the card to. If they still have access to the yahoo address, we can also resend the existing card. I have been contacting people at Samsung about this issue and no one has actually resolved it. I haven't heard from anyone since I contacted Samsung via Facebook. Can I please just have the refund check sent to my address on file. I am tired of waiting for something that could easily be resolved. I would like this issue resolved here and now. Too many months have passed by.

I am rejecting this response because:Nothing was offered I want a refund as they promised they would not update my firmware from 4.4.4 to 5.0   which they did I told the man who I entered into a verbal contract with that if they were going to update my firmware  refund my money and cancel the order he assured me that no update would occur. My phone went to the with 4.4.4 on it and came back with 5.01.  Regards,
