Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** claim in regards to her washer. Our system shows on 5/02/17, a buyback refund in the amount of $899.99; reference Txt# *** was submitted for the unit. Once approved, Mrs*** will receive an email with the refund acceptance

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim.Samsung can confirm that liquid damage is present internally which can only be found once the phone is opened.The service provider retail store may only be reviewing the phone externallyPhysically opening
the phone could risk further damage to the internal workings of the device, or cause LCD damage so most carriers do not perform this procedure. This can also account for why the phone may have additional symptoms once it leaves the Samsung repair facility.Under the coverage section of the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty liquid damage is not covered, and resolution would need to be provided by the service provider if insurance was purchased.Thank you
